I have spent thousands w/ this company over the past few years. Now they refuse to service my restaurant due to the service manager (****) fabricating his version of an incident to his boss (******) and because they couldn't figure out how to fix a problem that another company was able to fix on their first attempt. They made numerous attempts and sent out numerous techs to fix a problem with a newly purchased drink machine. Every time they told me the problem was resolved I had to call them back because the problem was NOT resolved. The machine remained inoperable until they could reschedule. They finally sent out the service manager. **** is extremely gruff and rude. In fact, 4 out of 6 different service techs told me he is the reason why so many people have quit. **** even left me a voicemail saying he was mad at me b/c I wasnt at my restaurant when he arrived.**** tinkered with the machine for awhile & got frustrated. He told me he had to order a part. I tried to explain to him that another tech had already ordered the part, installed it and that wasnt the cause of the issue. He cursed at me loudly in front of my G.M. and Chef and told me to fix it myself. While continually telling me I didnt build the machine, I just fix them. He told his boss I prevented him from leaving which definitely wasnt the case because after he raised his voice and cursed at me, I wanted him out of my building asap.**** left and left the machine completely inoperable. He left it in worse condition than it was when he arrived.I spoke with the owner of the company, ******, and he was not helpful. He told me they only get paid for warranty work if they fix the problem and they dont get paid their normal rates. He is no longer returning or accepting my calls. He even told the Manufacturer that hired him for the warranty work that I didnt want him to service my restaurant anymore.A company that answers their phones saying integrity is our recipe. WHAT A JOKE!

    Hello ****,

Let's start off straightening out a few things. I believe you are mad that we will not service you anymore and you do not have the facts right, maybe you are mixing a few service companies up that you use. Troy is not the service manager, here at MC. We have been doing work with you within an eight month period, not several years. In this time we have completed four calls, two of which were installs. We have also done two warranty calls for the manufacturer. We did have one call back from a new tech that we had taken $385.00 off your invoice. This tech is no longer with us. The call you are referring to in your statement is a diagnosis on 8/22/24. That you would need additional parts. You were not pleased with this and voiced your opinion loudly with our tech. You said to him, we already replaced it. Unfortunately we did not do this repair you are speaking of. This is when I had a call to the manufacturer to let them know we would not do work for your establishment any more. We were told we are not the first company to deny work for you. It is also documented in the tech notes that everytime the techs showed up the side panels were off and someone had been messing with the factory adjustments. It also must be noted that our techs would never say spiteful things about Troy, they all have respect for his knowledge and years in the business. We have only had one technician turnover and it was the tech we let go for not having the level of skills we require to work here at MC. I put you on our blacklist and refused to do warranty work, because I will not have my techs in a hostile environment. Concerning the warranty work we performed for you, where you set appointments and did not show up. MC will not be getting paid by the warranty work for this time -$340.00. If you wish to pursue this further. You will be receiving a invoice for incurred time and possibly a BBB complaint.

Your response is laughable! I am definitely not mad about you choosing not to service my business anymore as I believe you are highly incompetent. This was proven by the company that came in following you and was able to fix the problems you could not fix - without ordering parts. Although I may have been incorrect on the timeline of your company servicing my business, it is undeniable that I have paid you a total of $3,823.37. The part of your response I like the most is the threat of a possible BBB complaint about my company if I choose to pursue. It is also undeniable that members of my staff and myself heard employees from your company bad mouth your management and refer to them as incompetent. I received the invoice you threatened me with if I choose to pursue. I suggest you contact the manufacturer, Saniserv, for payment as they are the ones that hired you for the work you "tried" to perform to no avail.
