    I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Smashburger in ***********, ********. After driving over 7 miles for a to-go order of three burgers, fries, and onion rings, we discovered upon arriving home that our double truffle mushroom Swiss burger was missing. This oversight completely disrupted our family dinner plans.The most frustrating part was the interaction with the manager, *****. When we called to report the issue, ***** showed a shocking lack of understanding and customer service. He refused to offer any meaningful compensation for our ruined dinner, despite the fact that we now had to make a 14-mile round trip to retrieve the missing item, leaving our other food to get cold and unappetizing.*****'s failure to grasp the inconvenience caused by their mistake was astounding. He didn't seem to comprehend that by the time we would return home with the missing burger, our entire meal would be cold and the quality significantly diminished. A competent manager would have offered to replace the entire order or provide some form of compensation for the time and fuel wasted, not to mention the ruined dining experience.What's worse, while waiting for the missing burger, we overheard staff discussing a similar case of a missing sandwich, suggesting this might be a recurring issue that management is failing to address.This incident left a very bad taste with us, both literally and figuratively. The lack of empathy and failure to provide fair compensation for a mistake that entirely disrupted our evening is unacceptable. We will not be returning to this Smashburger location, and I'd advise others to think twice before ordering from here. There are plenty of other burger places that value their customers and understand the importance of making things right when they make a mistake.THE **** WAS RUINED, REFUND FOR THE **** WAS NOT AN OPTION EAITEHER. i HOPE MY DOGS ENJOYED THE ***** COLD STALE TASTLES BURGER.

    I ordered food for pickup on May 7, 2022 and was charged $58.96 by Smashburger. I went to the ***********, ** location and was told the order did not exist (my wife has a confirming email for the order and I also have our credit card charge for it). I had to reorder our food and wait an additional 20 minutes for it (I was charged again for almost the same amount) and was shorted a soft drink on the order). The cashier said we'd get our money back from the online order, but the only way that would happen is if I took the initiative to chase it down; I did so with feedback on the Smashburger website (gave all the details) and replying to the confirmed on line order (again listing all the details) and then finally disputing the charge with *********** I am absolutely amazed that there is no response from Smashburger on the failed online order, the ***************** the charge for it an the lack of response from them. I will not shop at Smashburger again, unless they compensate me for all the lost time and effort on my part to get their ********************** to their s**** up and bad systems. Hopefully they will wake up and contact me, I don't see any way for me to get follow up, so I am listing their Order # as a way to respond back to me.ORDER NUMBER:2569035
