    This company has the absolute worst customer service. They borderline on fraudulent, IMO, as they take your money for pretty limited value for your payment. I found them online, and they seemed legitimate at first, as a company that helps set up solo 401K's as the admin. But what I got was the bait and switch. They initially actually provided a person to talk to, which is pretty important, when you're dealing with thousands of dollars, and really complex gov't and tax laws. These are laws that a lay person cannot always understand. Or, if they "read" a document about something, that does not necessarily mean the lay person is understanding things correctly, and can make a mistake that can cost thousands of dollars, if they are wrong on something. Well now, Nabers group has made talking to an actual person virtually impossible. They will not answer the phone, and refer to "live Chat" which is not live - you can only leave a msg there to have someone contact you. Then when they do contact you, they send a auto-generated email that tells you to look at "useless" information guidelines on their website, or "post your question on the community chat, none of which works at all for most issues. I currently can't get in to my account, to see the account activity, and there is nothing in the resources they recommend that helps me to solve this problem. ***, this company just advertised online to get a ton of people signed up and paying them money to be the 401k admin, then cut off customer service (as they don't have enough ***'s to actually do what they promise) and are now laughing all they way to the bank with their many clients, providing practically no service at all, apart from pushing buttons on computers periodically to send blanket practically "useless" msgs to all their clients.
