  Energy Advantage Roofing and Solar Installed our Solar panels and an EV Charger. The team was great to work with. ********, the Owner, was very professional and informative. ******** reviewed my electric bill and advised me on all my options. ******** got all my financing squared away so I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. A few days after signing my contract Energy Advantage sent out a site surveyor. They inspected ******* to make sure there was no hail damage or issues with my shingles, they walked me through where all my equipment and EV charger would be located. It did take **************** Utilities about 60 days to approve my project. The communication was great and I was given updates weekly. Once **************** Utilities approved my project the team was out within a week to install my project. The guys were very friendly, arrived on time, and did a great job with the install and clean up. Energy Advantage had one of the best warranties on the market. I would recommend all my family, friends and neighbors to Energy Advantage. It was a great experience.

  Nicest, respectful contractors and hardworking crews! Im a developer and have worked in construction for years and I can tell you, its typically hard to find entire crews that are respectful to women. Theres always some disrespectful chatter overheard by homeowners or picked up cameras. Not these crews. We got a new roof and solar. My wife and college age daughter were home during the entire process. I told them to call me immediately if either of them felt uncomfortable and Id come straight home. Never heard a peep from either of them. This is almost more impressive than our new roof!

  I had a horrible experience today. The crew arrived 30 minutes before the earliest expected arrivalat 6:30 am. I can respect hard workers! However, they entered my backyard (which has a big Beware of dog sign) and blocked both my front and back doors, and never even rang my doorbell. Im glad my dogs did not get hurtI have a dog door, and material and nails were raining off my roof before I could even get the dog door blocked.I had high hopes for this company, but they blew it in an epic waythe crew was disrespectful and treated me and my family like we were in their way. Further, they did not cover my new deck and damaged the top rail.I wanted to write a 5-Star review here, and the salesperson deserves 5 stars as he was amazing and won my business. The roofing crew earned a solid 1-Star, as I have never been made to feel unsafe in my own home before. Totally bummed and feel like my home and privacy were violated today.EDIT HERE: A few days later, Im adding thisI presented this situation to the owner of the company. He seemed fine with a 6:30 am arrival, entering my backyard without ringing a doorbell, and his crew putting my dogs at risk and making us very uncomfortable. He has offered to repair the damage to my deck but does not want to pay the contractor who built the deck to do it. He wants to send the same people who did the damage to fix it. I could not be more disheartened by his response.

  Energy advantage put solar on my warehouse roof a year ago. They also coated the roof with a product guaranteed to not leak for thirty years. After I signed the contract with them I was told that due to the condition and age of my roof, the warranty would not apply. My roof still leaks. They have sent somebody out several times to patch the really bad spots, but the roof still leaks. After several months I was informed that there was a backlog on the transformer necessary to make the system function, but I was assured that it would be up and running by Thanksgiving. That was last Thanksgiving. The transformer has sat for several months now in my warehouse and I can't get an honest answer from Energy Advantage regarding if and or when this system will actually be functional. It has been an awful experience. I had to pay up front before the work was done so I have no recourse. I wouldnt recommend them to anybody.
