      I went to ****** for a job interview On tuesday November 12 and did a mouth swab test. I then went to another job interview and did a mouth swab test afterwards. My results from the second job came back in 3 days clean..the first job with ****** claimed I had 13 micro grams of cocaine in my saliva. Which is obviously false. The same lab did both results but had different MPOs...this one at I3 tells me my sample from the same lab came up positive for cocaine. I proceeded to tell the man this and he pretty much told me to call ******. He did not tell me which lab did the testing I had to contact ****** for that. I have come across a littany of other people who have been told they tested Positive for the same drug by this place. I have never used or distributed nor do I hang around people who partake in cocaine. I was denied employment by a doctored drug test. It isn't possible the same lab the same day read my test as negative and this one was positive same process used.

      The only thing I have to say, is that the woman named ****** or ******, that works for this company in ****** ******** is a real piece of work. Not only is she disgustingly unprofessional, shes rude, nasty, vulgar, and treats people like complete garbage. Her unprofessionalism is the most disgusting thing Ive ever seen in my entire life. My husband had to take a drug test for work and that lady called and wanted proof that my husband was on a specific medication. We had no problem doing that because we do nothing wrong but because of what medication it was, she felt like she could treat my husband like complete garbage because she cant, look past stigmas. Shes one of those people who think she knows it all, but everybody and can talk to you however, the h*** she wants to. Well, Im not going to stand for it. Youre not going to disrespect me or my husband and his genuine, pure, loving kind heart because your life ***** and youre miserable. You are not going to treat my husband poorly because you hate your life The way she disrespected my husband and talk to him on the phone was literally by far the most disgusting thing Ive ever witnessed in my entire life and I will not stop until this is resolved. You cannot treat people like c*** because you are having a crappy life. My husband is never bothered by anything but this woman really got to him and I will not let it slide this time. I will contact any and everybody I have to and post on every social media platform I have with my 2.3 million followers about this company if I have to. Im trying not to have to go that route but I will.

      I recently took a pre-employment drug test for a position that I applied for. I had the screening done at LabCorp located in ********, **. It was sent off to I3Screening located in ********. The results were taking a while to come back and then I finally got a call from a MRO to call back concerning my test. I was told I tested positive for Cocaine. I know that is erroneous information because I don't use cocaine or any other drug. I only take prescription medications and none of them are narcotic in nature. This is the second time this has happened with me through I3SCREENING. I just recently passed a urine test for a job with Amazon and then now all of a sudden I didn't pass this test. I didn't use no drugs in between those times. I was told I could pay $200 to have my sample retested. I refuse to do that because I feel it's just a scheme to get more money. I know what I did and didn't do. I don't feel that information was being reported correctly. I don't know what games/tricks are being played but I don't appreciate it especially when it effects my character, integrity, and the way I provide for myself and my family.

      To whom it may concern, 

      In regards to specimen id ********** collected on 12/04/2023 at a LabCorp collection facility in ********, **, was then sent for testing at the ****************** in Research Triangle Park in ** and was tested per the ordering companies requirement and reported to i3screen for Medical Review. i3screen is the ********************* and is in place to allow the donor to offer a medical explanation for the lab result provided to i3screen from the testing laboratory. Based on my review of this result,  the information provided to the donor was accurate and no medical explanation was provided by the donor.

      On 9/5/2023 I provided my school (NOT employer) a urine specimen (specimen ID ***************** for *** drug testing to which they then sent off to ************************* (i3Screen). On 9/11/2023 I was suspended from school due to failing the drug screen. At that point I decided to dig deeper because I knew I had stopped consuming THC long before and passed plenty home tests that contain the same 50ng/mL threshold. Upon calling my Medical Review Officer I was informed that I failed because I was at a level of 29ng/mL. The federal cut off level for THC in the *** guidelines is 50ng/mL making my level of 29 clearly a passable test. For reasons they cannot explain, they did a confirmatory test at 15ng/mL to which I would clearly fail. This company either took it upon themselves to override federal policies or their equipment is faulty enough to not be able to detect a negative urine sample. This company entered my information into the Clearinghouse causing me to have to pay for substance abuse counseling, lose 3 weeks of school time, and even though I graduated school, no employer will hire me because this company has tarnished my record. I have video proof of two separate MRO employees stating I was only at 29ng/ML & the other scolding me for asking for proof and reiterating that they test everyone at 15ng/mL which is a clear violation of *** Rule 49 CFR Part 40 Section ***** which states 15ng/mL is the confirmatory level and is only needed should the specimen test over 50ng/mL in the preliminary screen. I have filed complaints with the ***** and with the Clearinghouse and now here. This company rather it be its employees or its equipment have put me in a detriment and I am considering taking it as far as I can if this issue is not addressed and resolved.

      My son has medication that he takes for a mental health condition. He took a mouth swab test from quest diagnostics and it was sent to this horrible place called i3 screening WHO LIED AND reported it as cocaine in his system. We informed his ongoing therapist about the issue and his doctor performed a urine/blood drug test before attempting to contact the i3 screening dump, and inform them that no drugs were in his system AT ALL. DUE TO THE **** THAT HE RECIEIVES MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENTS. A DRUG TEST was PERFORMED WITH HIS THERAPIST ON THE SAME DAY HE RECIVED THE I3 SCREENING AND HE TESTED NEGEATIVE FOR ANY SUBSTANCES AS WELL. *********** stated his meds could possibly create a false positive but also stated that there was a discrepancy in the type of substance the i3 screeners stated they found. So the therapist tried to contact the i3 screening officer to submit his treatments and lab ************ stated that they DO NOT ACCEPT INFO FROM OUTSIDE SOURCES. They hung up on ** when we went to send them a copy of his medication and their supervisor got on the phone with my son and began making fun of his name. They lied about the cocaine findings and wouldnt accept the fact that my son is tested every time he sees his therapists and had been negative, even on the day of the i3 screening, before it was even performed When we tried to send those results to prove they had a false positive, they denied all inquiries, continued to hang up on my son and discriminated against him for having a disability. The nasty staff members, including the screening officer stated "there was no such thing as a false positive" and informed us, without analyzing what the therapist submitted, that they were submitting the false results to the employer". My son has been with the company for 2 years & is terminated due to their lack of fairness for individuals with a disability

      First off I was apprehensive because I have a doctors prescription from a wonderful MD for two prescriptions. I had to take a drug screen on a Thursday for pre-employment. The next day, Friday, I took it upon myself to call an *** officer for this company to inquire who I can send my treating physicians letter of ************************ contact info to. She said not to worry that theyll contact me in 3 business IF they need any information.Heres where it gets scandalous: The following SATURDAY morning I was at busy at work. The *** officer called 3 times in row only MINUTES apart requesting me to contact them. Shortly after I called them right away but NO answer throughout the morning/afternoon, & rest of the non business day. I left several detailed messages. Not ONE person from there returned my call. Heres what they DID do: they sent a POSITIVE result to MY prospective employer!!!! I tried many times to talk to the doctor at this place but each time I did the subordinate employees became suspicious, upset, & would NOT let me speak to the doctor about how the employees there conduct business regarding contacting the person whos test results they had a question about. This place is out to sabotage hardworking, honest people of strong character & work ethic. Maybe they need competent employees

      Took a drug test at this company and was told i failed I told them thats impossible and i never took drugs you can look up online a lot of medicines and food can cause false positives which they didnt ask if i consumed when they told me I failed but told me i can get it tested at a better lab for $200 its the fact it was a confirmed job was at stake which messes me up financially and ive took this test before with no issues hopefully this is solved

      Hello, my name is *********************. I took an oral swab drug screening for Amazon 10/17/2022 located at815 *********************************************************************. Upon completing the 10 minute oral swab I had complications pushing the ridges down into the vile and ************************* had me hold onto the vile and she pushed down the swabfor me. I received an email (attached below) regarding my specimen ID and I called the number attached to email. The medical review officer informed me that my drug screen result tested positive for Amphetamines and Methamphetamine. This result is completely inaccurate as I don't and have never done such substance/substances. I'm also currently pregnant and I told them the only thing I take is over the counter prenatal vitamins. I was informed that I would have to pay $200 to re test the same specimen. There's definitely a huge mistake that's been made and now I've lost a great employment opportunity. I also told the medical officer ****** like to re test and was given no further information and that their supervisor wasn't inuntil tomorrow. I thought I would bring this to your attention as this's a huge mistake and has now cost myselfand my unborn child means of financial stability. I would like to be given an opportunity to retest. This's highly inappropriate and I'm extremely upset. Someone made a mistake and now I'm paying the ultimate price and I will not allow that to get by.
