I have never known a State where County and State UI processes were actually harmful to residents. Colorado's are. The **** of Human Services technology fails. The people and processes put in play are not compensating for the technology and workflow failures. Go to access any services from this agency and it will be not only painful to you but harmful to your health and well being. Very sad state. New Leadership is needed.

Women of Colorado - please be aware your information is not protected nor confidential when you submit a Child support case through CDHS. This office is unethical and dangerous to your safety. Within hours of my submission, the non-custodial/Opposing party was contacting me, and behaving erratically. I am completely unsafe due to somebody in that office. I submitted a formal complaint to CDHS in two different ways within 48 Hours of these occurrences, and I have heard absolutely nothing back after detailing a very specific accusation against someone in your office. There is no way with the timeline given that someone didn't access my file very early in the morning and give that information to the opposing party. There are user/access logs that are tracked and you can tell which IP accessed confidential information. At this point, I gather CDHS is purposely not responding to my complaint. The opposing party has a record of abuse which I did put on the application. Prior to submitting, the application states the opposing party will not be contacted; that is a complete lie. I do not trust that my case will be worked properly, or that any caseworker given is going to be impartial, since this office has absolutely no ethical compass. Since submitting my case I am in fear. My life is in danger, my children's lives are in danger. Women of Colorado, Please be aware that this could happen to you and the state will do nothing after the fact. *Happy Domestic Violence Awareness Month*----Devoted Mother Running out of time
