Im truly surprised this miserable company is still in business.I had a bad experience a few years ago as Metro Taxi ****** failed to arrive for my schedule trip which caused me to be almost two hours late, as I had to wait for a second driver. After this experience, they sent me a $50 coupon with no expiration date to use in the future. Yesterday I needed to travel across town and I scheduled a trip 24 hours in advance, specifying the unit number of the business to be picked up at in three different ways, including speaking to the driver, as he was arriving.As it turns out, the driver was 20 minutes late, went to the wrong unit number as he was paying more attention to his ****** app, then reading the signs on the doors, then they charged me $4.50 for a wait fee. That was the drivers wait, not mine, and I waited 20 minutes To add insult to injury they denied my $50 coupon. The coupon was the only reason I used them again. Now theres a bait and switch if Ive ever seen one. My suggestion is that you not use this useless company. I can see why they have a single star rating on BBB and are not a member. Id give them less if I could. Once again, they are a useless company. Im surprised theyre still in business after this many years. A $64 trip that **** quoted half the price. Never again!
