      Started out great, and then quickly deteriorated to where the service was down more than up. We finally decided to go back to our old provider and cancel with quantum. Well we were mid month and they refused to give us our refund.. as in flat out refused saying the service was cancelled before we asked for the refund..Well that's not how that works!!! We had a half month of unused time and we are owed a refund for unused time..

      CenturyLink billed me $105.00 for repair services that was not made in my home.Repair was made to a damaged CenturyLink box across the street from my residence. At *************************, AZ Im on a fixed income of 36K I can't afford these charges They also added a monthly inside wire protection charge to my account in the amount i$20.00 I WILL BE CONTACTING BBB AND HOME OFFICE

      My phone isn't working. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago for last week. No one showed up. I set-up an appointment for today. Again a no show. I'm having to take time off of work to be here and they no-show. Last week they were going to be here between 9am and noon. I got text message at 3:24pm that they were unable to get here and to re-schedule. I had to wait another week. Took vacation again today and still nothing. **************** *****. If you call you get someone who barely speaks English. Texting ***** and they just keep saying the same thing over and over.

      Terrible customer service. The internet connection itself is thankfully fine in my apartment, but the customer service is awful. It was better when it was CenturyLink, but since the transition to Quantum Fiber... not so good. I reached out to see if I could move my service (I'm literally just changing units in the same apartment complex), and was told I had to cancel and open a new account. OK, no problem... they put in the cancellation request and I went to try and open a new account... and no dice. It said I had to contact them to start service. I reach out again, and am told the unit has "instant internet" where you connect to the WiFi and make a new account... OK, no problem, I've done that before. Except... the WiFi doesn't show up and I can't connect to do that. I contact customer support via online chat and this is where the real **** storm starts. I'm asked the same verifying questions again, told about the "instant internet" again, and tell them it's not working. I'm told I won't see the WiFi unless I'm at the new address... pretty obvious, now I feel like I'm being treated like I'm dumb. Then I'm asked if I live there already, because the WiFI won't work if I "just goes there" and don't live there--this is where I'm nearly screaming. The modem doesn't stop transmitting WiFi just because someone isn't living there, that is not how any of this works. I was treated like I was dumb for nearly 25 minutes before FINALLY having a technician sent out, even when I was being very clear with what I wanted and the answers to their questions.

      CenturyLink is one of the worst businesses I've EVER dealt with. Such a shame. They owe me a refund (which they've acknowledged) and they refuse to send it to me. They've said over and over (for 4 months) that they are sending it but they won't. Not to mention that their operators will lie to you repeatedly about anything and everything. To anyone considering going with them: CHOOSE ANYONE BUT THIS COMPANY!! BEWARE! They don't even deserve ONE star!

      This company will not allow me to pay my past due amount without charging a percentage on my payment. This company says I may pay due but it won't allow me to. They want past due and what is due on 8/17/2024 of which I refuse to pay all on 7/30/2024.

      I've had nothing but problems with CenturyLink since I started the service it took three phone calls and three attempts to start the service now I want to cancel the service 2 months ago I canceled it I still got a bill the next month after I paid the bill prior then I called again to cancel for the second time and now I got a bill even higher than what my my monthly billing cycle bill was

      Just horrible company service I've seen many of customers complaints and my family can also relate to the poor service people have been lied to some say they haven't been told reason why they're not getting the service they're paying for I think it's very greed people are leaving CenturyLink and I will definitely let the community know that CenturyLink is not a great company to use many of them will take their money elsewhere.! CenturyLink has failed the people!
