On March 3rd, 2024, I was illegally towed out of a parking lot of a restaurant that I was eating in. I hadnt even been parked for 45 minutes and when I left the restaurant my car was gone. From where I pulled into the lot, there was no signage indicating the lot had to be paid for and no parking workers were present to inform me of such. Even the restaurant staff was unaware. After doing some research into the company, I cant help but feel like I was targeted because I drive a nice, sporty car. I picked up my vehicle a little after midnight and was charged an After Hours Fee even though they were clearly still open and operating. The woman at the desk had an awful attitude, and yelled at some Hispanic men that were behind me repeatedly because they were speaking in Spanish and asking for help. She also snatched my drivers license out of my hand and shoved the card machine into my face. Its a miracle my car wasnt damaged in any way after seeing multiple photos from multiple people that had their cars damaged by this company. Ill never understand how this company is able to continue operating after a million dollar lawsuit and an F rating.

The nature of this dispute is that ***** Towing damaged my pickup bumper when they towed it away. They then attempted to hide the fact that the bumper had been torn off the pickup. When the pickup was driven off their site everything looked normal, however, the bumper immediately fell off when leaving their site. Then they said there's nothing they can do about it because the pickup was driven off their premises. I made a complaint to them and they said they would look into it. When they did get back to me they stated that there was nothing they could do because they said there was pre damage. I then requested them to look at the claim again, they agreed, and they have not returned my phone call for almost 3 weeks now. What I believe happened was the tow truck driver damaged the pickup bumper and tried to hide the fact that he had done the damage. When ***** towing investigated the claim their driver denied that he damaged the pickup bumper.

They illegally towed my car where there were no signs about no parking. It seems that they do this to everyone considering all the complaints through the BBB and their ****** reviews. Im not sure why the ************** still allows them to be in business.

My ****** Outback was lawfully parked on a public street (****** Court) between two municipal signs which stated No parking between 11 pm and 5 am and No parking Trucks over ****** lbs empty weight. I was parked in this space from 6:45 pm until 9:15 pm, when my car was loaded onto a tow truck by an agent of Wyatts Towing. At no time was my car parked in this area during the restricted periods indicated on the municipal signs.I arrived as my car was being towed, which under ******** CCR ***** **** (a) (IV) requires that the towing carrier remove the car from the tow truck. The driver sprinted to their vehicle and refused to offer a drop charge or explanation for why the car was being towed. The company documented that the tow occurred from a private property, but my car was parked on a public street. The company has also violated numerous laws regarding documentation of the Tow and authorization of the tow, stating that a designated person from ********************** authorized the Tow. However, I have spoken to the manager at ********************** who has informed me that nobody from the company authorized a Tow and that the area in question is not area they are authorized to Tow from. The following laws have been broken: CCR ***** ****, CCR ***** ****, CCR ***** ****. Not only were there egregious actions taken on the part of this company to participate in predatory towing - they towed my car in -7 degree weather. I have spent 20 hours trying to contact the company, through phone calls (they disconnect when they hear my name), emails (they do not respond), and in-person (they promise a refund and then do not send one). This company was just fined $1 Million for predatory towing practices by the ******** Attorney General. Clearly nothing has changed. Please help - we have to hold groups like this accountable for their actions.

On October 1,2023, my car was towed from the parking lot of my apartment. I pay a parking fee to park there every month as stated in my lease. They said they towed my car for improper display of parking permit. When I went to retrieve my car from ************* and was charged ****** for towing my car and overnight hourly storage fees and mileage fees, and notification fees and after hour fees. Then they turned around and towed my car again on October 4, 2023 and said and charged me again. This time ******. Then I received a certificate letter a month later saying they have my car impounded. And then they had also caused damage to my car which of course they claimed yet did not do.

1/6/24 Parked my car in a parking lot of a long time closed hotel for 45 mins. This towing company had someone just hanging out in their car there waiting for someone to park so they could tow it and get paid. The only visible signs saying no parking were in the spots where the hotel kept it's vans. This business is predatory. Their ****** reviews state case after case of this kind of behavior (someone got towed from a grocery store parking lot!) and gives them a 1.4 (and that's a stretch). They are also, of course, only open Tues-Friday during business hours so one also has to take off work. Predatory business through and through.

I was parked in an apartment complex on 12/22/23 with no visible signs in the entire bank of parking spots. I was towed within a matter of 2 hours ofter I parked. I have parked in that lot more than 20 times over the past year and half without any ticket, notice, or towing. This was an illegal towing based on HB22-1314, the ******** Towing Bill of Rights. My vehicle was held for ****** until I paid nearly $500 to release it.

We looked at the website and called the business number to listen to an outgoing message. Nothing announced that there were odd business hours at the ****************** location. I had called to make sure there was nothing else we needed to get the car. I was on hold for 35 minutes, then hung up on. We drove 40 minutes to pick up our car from the impound lot only to find out that now the business hours (hand written in chalk) were ****, **** and 4-6. We arrived at 2 and had to wait 2 hours. No one is available to contact.
