  ***** from Interstate Transport Authority LLC call me at 6 am she said my MC Authority would not proceed unless I paid her $85 for a BOC 3. I hesitated and asked her more questions she then proceeded to cuss me out. ***** forces people to believe she is from ***** which is fraud. Please do not do business with this horrible company.

  I just registered my company w/ DOT. This woman ***** calls w/ an attitude telling me what I should do. Since she knew she wasnt going to be able to persuade or sell me, she said my voice sounded like a man. So I replied to her, by saying 'you sound like a drunk and should quit your job.' After reading the comments, and to see she's the owner- she should be reported as a scammer. TOTALLY RUDE

  I received a call from this business and the lady who called had no professionalism at all. First she claimed my email was hacked by scammers when I told her the ***** emailed me. (I gave them consent to do so). Next, she hears my 3 month old son crying in the background and says ** not here to try to get your attention over your crying baby with all kinds of attitude. Terrible way to speak to someone youre trying to do business with. Will be recommending all of my business partners to any other company besides this one. Would rate 0 stars if it was allowed.

  We applied for our DOT authority yesterday, 5/2/22. I received a call from Interstate Transportation Authority at 7:25 CST from the same number listed in their contact information here. I answered though I did not know the number. The conversation started with questions. I did not understand why someone I did not know was calling to verify information from an application I completed just yesterday so I had questions of my own. She said that she was calling about my application. So my first question was "what about it?" She said excuse me. I said you stated you were calling about my application, "what about it?" "What did you need?" She starts reciting my DOT number and I said again, "What did you need?" She said, "You made a lot of mistakes on your application." I said, "I'm already working with them to correct some things." Then I thought about it and said, "Wait, how would you know what I did on my application?" She said, "Because I know everything and you know nothing?" TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I wish I had written her name but I'm sure they have a record of who calls what companies so they'll know who she is. This day and age, if I am asking questions of some stranger who is calling my phone with questions about an application from a day ago, I feel it your duty to respond to my questions in a non-negative manner. We ARE living in the age of scammers and falsifiers. This experience makes me believe that they are in the SCAMMERS catagory.Even if I should find that I do need the help, I would DEFINITELY NOT use or recommend anyone else use this company. I decided to research recommended companies for assistance like this on the ***** website, but did not locate them as an approved and/or suggested company for help. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE IN MY OPINION.
