      I have had frndly TV now since 2021 and have had nothing but a positive experience. I purchase the yearly subscription through my ****** account for the discount. I use T-Mobile home internet and have had no issues ever with buffering on the frndly app on ****. I know they don't have all the different stations but your not paying $60 to $80 dollars a month for it either. Overall a good app with a good selection for the price point.

      Technical issues regarding FRNDLY Tv's programming glitches are not well served by their alleged customer service department. They only will interact with customer via chat or email. For a complaint to be elevated, video documenting the issue must be provided. My video did not display date/time bar clearly enough to PROVE their 72-hour "look back" function jumped the entire 3-days instead of just several hours desired. ****************** apparent function is to DISPROVE any problem you are requesting assistance with. ********* does Not retain customers.

      I recently downsized my cable because between the internet and cable I was paying nearly ****** a month for Xfinity.. I added frndly as an addition because as I was searching for a freaking service I saw that it offered a lot of the things I like to watch.. I have not been disappointed.. we especially enjoy the recently added metv toons! I have not had any of the issues I saw as I read through the reviews.. oddly tho is that the only channel I seem to have trouble with is ion tv.. when it goes to a commercial it puts up a we will be right back screen and it takes a long time for it to come back.. have never had an issue with buffering but I do pay a bit more for my internet due to most of our tvs being used at the same time

      Stay away from Frndly!!!!!!!! I tried the 7 day trial period and it did nothing but lock up on my *********** I tried for a few days, but alas it never worked, but of course they billed my credit card for a whole year of NOTHING. Oh well, ****** learned! I give it a minus 10 stars.

      This Channel boasts its clean viewing for the whole family. I'm working late the other evening with Gunsmoke on and a commercial for Vush, with a beautiful blonde fans only type model comes on talking about vibrators and stimulation. I think dang, maybe it's just late at night but NO! This afternoon she's been on several times in her pink pajamas talking about fun with these toys. I am not a prude by any means. I even have my own collection locked up. But honestly. We can't even have frndly channel on when grandkids are over. Just disgusted!! Time to cancel another woke outlet!!

      I had the same experience as many others. I signed up for the 7 day free trial. I have never in my life opted to pay for a year's subscription up front for a service I'm not sure I want. They charged my credit card $84 for a full year. Maybe this was a default they had set with the free trial, which is deceptive to begin with. I'm not sure who made this mistake but I certainly didn't intend on paying for a full year upfront. I didn't like their service. There were way to many ads that lasted to long. I looked through the emails they sent to me and tried to find a cancellation link but there wasn't one. I went on their site and tried to cancel but couldn't find where I needed to do this so I let it go. 2 days after my subscription was up they charged my card $84. I emailed customer service and let them know I meant to cancel but was having difficulties and that I don't want their service. They charged me a $15 processing fee. It looks to me like they default people to a yearly subscrption, don't offer any email notification to when your subscription is ending and don't make canceling easy. When you fail their *************** they keep $15.

      Absolute garbage. All Frndly TV is interested in charging you an annual fee and in return you get poor DVR capabilities, constant buffering, fading in and out. ************* and no customer service. I'll be asking for my money back or else go to the **** Nobody should subscribe to what I call "legal extortion.

      I found an unrecognized charge on my account, I suppose from what I believe is $1 for a free trial, except I dont remember ever accepting a free trial. I thought if I had, it would have had to been thru my **** account but there is no signs of this in my Roku account. Then, everyday since this charge, other TV streaming accounts are trying to pull money from my account. Luckily there werent enough funds for this to actually get my money but now Im afraid to have money in my account and I cant cancel these subscriptions because there is no account that Im aware of. Ive never used this streaming services and now I never will! This is a total scam!
