    This company is highly deceptive. I ordered my Neuriterx from them online, but upon delivery the product expiration date was 3 months away. I called the customer service number provided and Innovus Pharma answered and said they are not associated with Aytu Health and could not assist. Innovus Pharma claimed the shelf life should be 2 years and if I purchased it direct that would be remaining for the expiration date. I have sent and email to Aytu Health, but I am not holding my breath. This is frustrating that the customer service number is not to AYTU Health and I feel like I am getting the run around. I would recommend going directly to Innovus Pharma to order product.

    Pathetic customer service and shipping capabilities.Their order system would not ship to a city of ****** people because my system does not allow thisWebsite that crashes regularly and will not process on-line orders Very disappointing service, try to find a better company!

    I am complaining about the trexar diabaSens free products of giving us the merry go around of not placing the free product into the order as they advertised you would receive a 1 month supply For free! I am 75 years old now!

    Please do not order from this company. They have given my 84 yo father the run around....no product, no refund!!!! Completely predatory towards seniors!!!!

    My 89 year old father ordered the DiabaSens a while ago and liked it so when his supply was getting low he reordered it. The first time he used the new stuff it burned his skin so he called the company and asked about it, he was told it was a new formula which now contained cayenne pepper. He can't stand the burn so was hoping to return it but they said if he did, he would be responsible for the cost of shipping and because it has been 5 months since he ordered it he would get no refund. It's no wonder they have such bad reviews.
