    Transaction Date: August 24, 2024 Charge credit card name: SUPPORT ********* website claim to have money back guarantee within 90 ************ also suggested to purchase 90 to 180 days package to save money.I purchased 180 days supply with the intention to use them if works.However, its not working and I have insomnia due to these pills. My doctor recommended to STOP using right away.I contacted them within 20 days after receiving. They dont pickup the phone and refuses to accept return and provide a refund.

    Hello,

    I've reviewed your order, and it appears you purchased a discounted sales bundle. We don't allow returns on discounted items, only on items purchased at full price ($69/each). This policy is in place because we allow items to be returned even if they are entirely empty. However, to prevent abuse of this offer, we limit returns to full-price products.

    Additionally, we are unable to restock returned items due to the risk of tampering with the bottle. Therefore, we must dispose of them upon delivery, which is standard industry practice for consumable products. For instance, if we receive a return for a perfectly intact bottle purchased at $69, we will issue a refund and dispose of the bottle for safety reasons. However, with a large bundle, disposing of a significant amount of stock becomes impractical and expensive. This is why we only accept returns for full-price purchases.

    Typically, our customers buy one or two items at full price, and if they are satisfied with the results, they will purchase a larger bundle to take advantage of the discount.

    I'd like to draw your attention to the following term: "Important note: We do not allow returns on sale items or discounted items. For example, we only allow returns for the 'Trouser Cannon 90 Capsule Bottle' if it was purchased at the regular price of $69/each.".

    I am rejecting this response because the option to purchase multiple packs were offered as a bait to save money. It was never mentioned that purchasing multiple pack would NOT be eligible for return or refund if not satisfied.
