    The whole team was great to work with to both repair our problem and then remediate the damage. ***** was extremely communicative and responsive throughout the entire process.

    American Water Damage Denver did a fantastic job for me and my family! When called they sent a couple of techs Immediately. Was able to contain the water that was still flowing and start the dry out process. ***** and *******. Worked tirelessly To contain and clean up my water damage. American Water damage checked on my situation and sent people out daily as needed. We are fortunate to have an ace team in ****** ******** ****** and another young man come to our home and Expedite this situation as quickly as possible. Thank you, American Water damage Denver.!! You and your staff, I would recommend every day to anyone who had a pipe burst.

    American Water Damage Co Denver was very efficient and thorough and arrived just hours after our water damage. **** and her team did an incredible job with the mitigation. She let us know exactly what to expect as she worked and answered all our questions. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

    I would give them a 0 if at all possible. I was referred to them by the plumber doing some work. At first they assured me not to worry, that they worked with my insurance provider all the time and all I would need to pay was my deductible. When I asked if they wanted my insurance information they said not to worry that they we would handle that once the job was done. While almost all the technicians that came to my house where great. The biggest issue is billing. Once they billed they then told me I needed to give them my credit card information to pay. When I said I was going to submit as in insurance claim they said they didn't know I had insurance. From then on it has been a nightmare. They have lied through my teeth. Been unwilling to work with my insurance company even though they had originally told me not to worry because they worked with them all the time. Claimed that they are billing by my insurance company's rates, which is a lie since they claimed they didn't know I had insurance even though I told them multiple times. According to my insurance company their rates are over inflated and I have called them out for billing for thing they never did. For example they claim they have to clear out my laundry room and move items, which they did not. The only items they moved where the washer and dryer which they moved about 6 inches, those items they have charged as a separate line item so the they can not be included in the line item claiming they had to move items in the laundry room. Secondly they have lied to me repeatedly making one claim only to say something completely contradictory to what they told me the next time. They also make their billing very difficult, I believe they do this so as to hide charges. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY.

    I entered into a work-authorization with American Water Damage Denver on July 22nd 2024 after referral from a plumber ***************** to repair water damage in a bathroom.Normally, I would always get 3 quotes because I know how much variety there can be in pricing. On this occasion, I was traveling for a funeral and I signed the work-authorization expecting a quote within 1 weeks time so I could place a stop order if the price was not satisfactory.After repeatedly requesting a quote by phone starting July 22nd to July 30th, I also requested a quote in writing by email. This request was not replied to by email. I followed up for the next 2 weeks requiring a quote while I was away.On August 16th after 10+ requests I finally received a "predictive estimate" from their software Excetera. At this point the work was completed.They repeatedly told me that remediation is "discovery" and that they did not know the scope of work. By August 1st the whole subfloor had been demolished and the extent of the damage was known. They just knowingly failed to provide a quote to put their customer in a bad situation.Their pricing strategy is to try to scam insurance companies into over paying without knowledge of the scope of work. This was made clear after probing into the pricing and their executive manager telling me "We always bill extra for services to insurance because we know they are going to counter"After speaking to them about how absurd the $14k bill was, it was reduced to $5k after threatening a lawsuit.The company did not charge sales tax in ******** for their service which it is required. I just submitted this tip to the *******************************I think this company has very poor business ethics and I would highly recommend not to work with them.

    Words dont meet actions. Multiple billing errors and never replied to my questions. Was forgotten about several times. Asked for service dates and times 7 different times.
