      This facility sent my bill to a collections agency without providing written or verbal notice of the bill. I called this facility multiple times and was told on several occasions that I had no balance. They use an outside source to collect bills, but the source is difficult to reach and when I contacted them, they also notified me that I had no bill due. I had already paid the bill in question and no one from their company at any point attempted to contact me to address this issue. I attempted to contact them multiple times, but they do not have an accessible billing department. They sent a claim to a collections agency about a bill that had already been paid and had never notified the patient about.

      This business sent bills to collection when they had been paid nearly a year ago. They have not responded to my emails, which included images of the checks they deposited in the amounts they had sent to collection. They have consistently been unavailable for customer contact and made it impossible to verify whether they had received emails or voicemails. In sending bills to collection they affected by credit score.
