    Avoid Durango motor company and Durango auto value. We have voice recordings between them and my husband and myself. They traded our car for another told my husband it was financed and good to go. A month later they call my husband and tell him to return the vehicle as the financing is wrong. Then why did the guy and girl let the vehicle leave the lot! Crooked crooked company. They now tell us day 4 the truck they were going to sell to us is having issue after issue. And won't answer or return calls. Then when they do finally call back it's yet another lie. And they also screwed my daughter over on her vehicle she purchased there a few years back and after three months. They finally came to a resolve on that. I do have a report in with BBB and state attorney generals office. And with our attorney. Anyone else who has been a victim of this company would like to put their story in contact me .

    Hello, so I'd like to sat although the outcome of the condition  of the vehicle in which Durango motor company gave me is poor quality. It's better than no vehicle I suppose. It would be better if their people went through more extensive training. And know their jobs. Then non of this mess would have happened in the first place. The rudeness and not knowing their job at thos location is terrible. Sure they have some good employees.  But a few my wife and I have ran in to over the years has been horrendous. They also messed up with my wife's daughter but that's not here nor there. That'll be a separate issues soon. But they did resolve  their mistake best they could I suppose

    We got a new truck, we can't afford it with high payment / need assistance to under stand our issue. We have been trying to put a payment down.

    In efforts to assist in the financial constraint of our guest, we cancelled the warranty products that were purchased at the time of the sale per their request. Due to unfortunate circumstances the payment was still to high to meet the needs of the **** family.

    We have been working with them as of the date of this complaint and have agreed to bring the vehicle back without recourse and reverse all transactions associated with the purchase of the 2024 Toyota Tundra.

    We are confident that this will resolve this issue for which the compliant is based.

    Thank you for your response. We have returned the vehicle. We would like documenation of the transaction and loan being cancelled. And we have a couple of questions. What do they mean by will cancel everything? Do we need to pay anything? Will there be a repo? Will this effect my credit?

    We have received the vehicle, paid the lien holder to close the account. I will have our finance team send you supporting documents for your records. When we say cancel everything that means the the service contract, prepaid maintenance, GAP insurance that was purchased has been cancelled and no longer applied to the VIN number of that unit. You are not financially responsible for anything. We have taken care of all of it for you. There will not be a Repo because you returned the vehicle. This will not affect your credit, it will only show as a closed auto loan moving forward. We hope that this satisfies all of your concerns.     To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this letter to dispute a charge of $285.34 to personal checking account on 06/29/2023. I am requesting that the amount be refunded due to the circumstances and that any finance charge related to this dispute be credited to our account and that I get an accurate statement. ****** and I (*****) would like Durango Motor Company to be forthright and be fair to us: Prices went up on the rental terms and conditions. Did it go up just with our contract or for all contracts (price gouging). The employee did not fill out a yellow copy of the Vehicle Use Agreement with date, time or time out for vehicles. Safety issue with 2023 Ford Edge (Brake Light came and the car would shut down). . Was told by Durango Motor Company that 2023 Ford Edge has no safety issue. I would like to see the documentation for 2023 Ford Edge confirming that the car is safe, and has the car been rented to another customer. There should been a manual/instruction for each rented car/truck on how to operate it. They rent computerized cars/trucks. Drivers need that information. I ask for the yellow copy of the Vehicle Use Agreement and did not get one on 2023 Ford F-150. The car/truck was given to us dirty. Wanted to charge us $180.00 per day for 2023 Ford F-150 (had to dispute the price/not my fault with safety issue with 2023 Ford Edge charge $130.00 per day).
