As long as I continue to live I will "NOT" step foot into one of these establishments! Each time I go, I have an issue. My most recent one was on 07/31/24. I went earlier in the week, the following Monday, 07/29/24. I spoke to the General Manager, *********************** and another man with him named ******. I asked them to look at a fog light in the front that had "died". ****** told me to comeback on Wednesday and that ****** would help me, since he was off . Once, I arrived on Thursday, I was greeted by ***** and ****** saw me. I flagged him over of which he kept saying that "*****" would help me. This was approx around 9:15 am. ***** could not find the part but said he would locate one and get it picked-up and delivered to the shop. So I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, in the Lobby until, I got frustrated about all the new people coming in and leaving the store before and after me. I arrived at 8:06 am CST give or take and did NOT leave until 12 noon; for a replacement bulb and got talked into getting an oil change which I did NOT need. I know how these places upcharge and ****** is good about that. I was toooo made for the inconvenience of waiting while other folks left without issue. In fact, I asked for a Lyft to take me home and when they were through playing around they called me back with another Lyft. This is unacceptable and I paid $149.23 which I want back on my card to make this fiasco right! *****, **************** thought it was a "joke" in my opinion, which it was NOT. I contacted the corporate office while I was there and told them I was passed being mad and tired of waiting! The Lady I spoke to told me she would send my complaint to a manager and I never heard from one. I would say it was a "black" issue but the guys were ALL black that I was dealing with so the entire ordeal was "funny" to them. Again, I will NOT be back and want every DIME I paid put back on my card! I will go back to my "honest" mechanic in ******, *****!

2/2023 I had pad and rotors replaced, supposedly, about $600. May 2024 I get a bad vibration when braking. I take it back in they say no brakes are perfect but the control arms are bad, $1200 gone and the problem isnt fixed. I take it to another shop who says these are the worst warped rotors hes ever seen. His opinion was brakes plus never replaced my rotors to begin with but charged me for it then when I brought it back they couldnt say the rotors were shot because they would have had to admit it was there fault so they charged me to fix something else. This place took advantage of me being a woman who doesnt know a lot about cars and it cost me a ton of money in the long run. They are dishonest and scammy. I will never use them again and will always talk people out of going there as well. I called and spoke to a women who never gave me her name and she at first said couldnt be accurate, then conveniently couldnt pull up my account before eventually hanging up on me. The absolute worst customer service and experience Ive ever had with a business.

These guys are lying hacks, everything they told that was wrong with my car was a lie, with the exception of the one thing I told them was wrong with it to begin with, I told them it needed rear struts which it, they proceeded to tell me all of the bushings in the back were bad, they aren't bad in any way, then they told me my outer tie rods were shot, I watched two guys shaking my tires, I just checked the outer tie rods myself there was zero play in them since I was working on the car repairing the rear struts. I went in for an alignment, what I got was lies and them trying to upsell me on things I did not need, if you want to get ripped off this is the place to go. I will go to a small local shop for my alignment where they will appreciate the business and not try and rob me. I have always done my own repairs, I do have a clue and know my way around a vehicle pretty well, there are just somethings I can't do myself like alignments. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to be separated from you hard earned cash for things you do not need.

I have a detailed review but it exceeds the 2000 character ***. Basically, I was exorbitantly gouged on 3 parts incliding sales tax of approximately $4700.00. After 6 attempts to contact them to provide proof of this and ask for a resolution I was ignored each time.

Rip customers off, charges different labor rates, depending on the work needed on the customers vehicle.varies from $99 an hour to $169 an hour.Many employees work **************************************** breaks.Bribes their store managers into getting ****** reviews.

Had a brake j9b dine about 2 months ago for my 19 yr old granddaughter brakes are failing had almost 2 accidents. This place is a rip off DO NOT DO YOUR BRAKW JOB HERE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND HAVING AN ACCIDENT OF WATCH THEY WILL BLAME US WE NEED SONETHING ELSE. NO YOU GUYS DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX BRAKES . SORRY BUT MAYBE FEMALES SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB HERE A FEMALE WORKED ON MY CAR. DO NOT BRUNG YOUR CAR HERE.

Four times I had to go back for one thing then a second thing then I had to begin speaking to the manager who wasn't much better. The person beneath the manager was even worse because he wasn't even doing anything and one time made my car worse. They blame it on everybody else. Constantly tell me to do ****** review when I said I've been telling you once you guys complete the work and I don't have to keep coming back and spending more money I'll be happy to do your ****** review because I do them for all companies. I have a huge following which is strange because I just do the simple reviews sometimes take photos. I literally deleted my review from the second visit since the two visits I had recent when I went in were money coming out of my pocket for things that I didn't plan on as well as losing parts inside my engine and blaming it on other mechanics. Even going so far as printing out the part that was missing on one of the tubes or whatever it was a cap and it turned out to be extremely dangerous but again they blamed someone else and said if they were concerned that it that it was dangerous why didn't they give you the cap and here I printed out a copy so you can go buy one. Not go look for one and put it back on my car cuz they were the last to work on it. I gave up after the last visit and my car still doing horrible and the lack of care that they're sending me off in a dangerous car. I am extremely disappointed thinking that they were going to be fantastic but I'm owing money on a car that's just died on me as a result to the work done or I should say the lack of work done. Very disappointing and sad that I have to even go to this extent but somebody should learn that these guys can put you in danger. Ignore what you're trying to get done because I will drive her and literally that was the worst place I could have gone to.

I brought a full-size pickup truck in for an alignment after getting new off-road tires nextdoor, as I am overlanding across the country. I was frankly blown away by the level of service I received at this location. Not only did they not charge me, explaining that I was still safely within alignment specifications, but *****, the tech working on my truck, pointed out three additional issues with the vehicle that could have cost me a LOT of money in the future. Because he pointed them out, he undoubtedly saved me MASSIVE headaches, and I can't possibly thank him enough. Even after all of that, I was charged nothing. I tried to insist that they take my money (repeatedly), and they refused. This is a class act here, and I can't frankly understand the negative reviews on this site. ******** at the front desk was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, I was treated kindly and was scheduled on short-notice...frankly, this is one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. I have nothing but good things to say, and if I'm ever back through the area, these folks will 100% have my business. Please give them a try, I can't imagine anyone being disappointed here.

I repaired my Jeep Wrangler and ******** **** here in less than 2 yrs ago and 3 to 4 yrs warranty. But when I took the Jeep back there, they dont honor the wareanty saying City grage didnt transfer the *************** tp them when they bought the business. This was a very unusual explanation to a customer. I have emails and messages that shows my cars are worked there. I am talking to their HQ now. Will update tge final outcome. Car is in tge shop in Coppel, **. Not repairwd yet. Wairing for HQ responses.

Ah yes the great review board. Here is a short story of service and why I would recommend asking a lot of questions before having them service anything.Friday afternoon I walk in to request service and they state that they are busy, thats fine so I ask if I can schedule an appointment and do so for 5pm. I get there a bit early around 4:45 because maybe Ill be lucky and they will be ready early. They arent and tell me itll be 5:30 before the truck is ready. Still no big deal. I go and do some local shopping.5:30 rolls around and I get a call that they have not touched the truck and would like to work on it in the morning. I tell them Ill find a ride home and can have someone drop me off in the morning around 9 and get the truck. They promise that it will not be a problem and the truck will be ready.Ride issues come up and I end up walking to the shop and get there at 10:30 only to find out the truck is still not done.Update: its now 11:30 and I still dont have my truck and it was brought in for an oil change. They had offered me $25 off for the issues, but then told me the ** told them they could not give that discount for my inconvenience. So the price went back up also.Ps with their oil change specials there are additional charges that they may not tell you about until you are ready to pay like shop fees, additional oil quarts, and a few other things.Moral of the story dont plan on them running on time and dont plan on them charging what you think it may cost.**** and ******** ******* ********
