1 starMy membership was due for renewal on 5/31/25. They took my payment April 1st so I paid two months in advance for a membership that I already paid for the months of April and May. I called twice and was given ******** excuses about how I was notified by mail which I was not, about auto renewal which I hade turned off but apparently because I renewed the last time for two years and was told that it would be an auto renewal. I dont recall being told this and I asked to have it removed from my account. I am disabled and on a fixed budget and you scammers take my money two months in advance. Total ******** and it will never happen again. This company is stealing money from its members. I asked for an additional two months on my membership or free points for this inconvenience and was denied anything. I do believe its time to look for alternative memberships because Coast Resorts is a scam. Plain and simple.Review fromJaime S

1 starI had almost the same c*** experiences I've read others in here have had & so when they sent me a discounted renewal request I looked up the current reviews & saw not only has anything improved, but they appear to have worsened. Lmao, ive never seen such awful business reviews, with only a 1.2 star out of 5 is the saddest & most pathetic obvious scam of affairs if I've ever seen one myself. Hiding your scaly, forked tongue pottzi scam -raud behind the deceptive noun such as "GOOD ***" only makes you, coast to coast resort,s even more a shameful 5th class bottom feeder who couldn't hack the ***************** of doing even the basics of fair & decent business dealings. Your what fills this world with the odor of gross rot & one day, rather you think so or not, your going to resp what you've sowen. So, enjoy your wealth you've stolen off the backs of us who earned it & believe in your deceptive "GOOD ***" ba, because this is the best it's ever going to be for theives like yourself who waste their life slithering on their belly looking for the "GOOD"s of others that you losers so obviously lack. Happy Trails FELONS!Review fromGerald H

1 starReserved a week, 6/24 to 6/30. at ****************** in ************* on 25 April using their computer interface. Also called to make a friends and family reservation for my son for same time period. On 6/17 an email from coast to cost informing me that both reservations were cancelled. I did not read until 6/19 as I was traveling, no cell service. Calling Coast to coast they informed me that it was a computer clutch. A call to *********** informed me it was blackout dates and they were full. Coast to coast did reimburse me for my friends and family fee but the impact was much greater. I needed to cancel a number of campground reservations and pay their penalty, vacations times from work were scheduled, impossible to find a campground just before 4th of July, a family reunion in ********** was missed. So for almost 2 months coast to coast did not tell me that they had an issue which would of allow me to make other arrangements. But I did get we are sorry, unacceptable.Review fromAdam M

Ive made a total of four reservations with Coast to Coast. Two of them have been canceled by coast to coast after I made them. This is caused the major disruption in our trip. Customers should not be able to reserve sites if theyre just going to be canceled abruptly for special events.Coast To Coast Resorts

I am very sorry that you have had two reservations cancelled by Coast to Coast. We work with our participating resorts to block their member-only holidays well in advance, normally the beginning of every year. However sometimes a resort finds that they are full with their own members and advises that they cannot accommodate some Coast reservations. In this case we always try to find another nearby accommodation for the members involved. Unfortunately we have no control over this, as Coast does not own the participating resorts, they are all independently owned and operated. Please send an email to ************************************************************ reference this BBB notice, and let us look into your situation more closely. Thank you.Review fromElizabeth K

***** ******* did not provide any services, no free week as promised, billed us, unable to cancel, unable to use, sent us to collections and now filing a civil suit against us. Run as fast as you can away from this company.Coast To Coast Resorts

I cannot find a match for this name and zip code in our database, therefore I do not believe this consumer is a member of Coast to Coast. It is possible that they purchased a campground resort membership from one of the campground resorts that participates in our program, but these campground resorts are all independently owned and operated and any campground resort membership is separate from membership in Coast to Coast.Review fromMerritt H

1 starWe were sent to a free lunch seminar by the camping store where we bought our camper. These people associated with Good *** kept us for hours saturating us with all kinds of sales pitches. We went thru 4 salespeople who just wouldnt give up. At the end of 4 hours, it seemed like a good ********* caved. As we started using their supposed perks, we found that there were all sorts of secret ***************** The free stays at some resorts never came to fruition, as they always had some kind of a reason to block us. There were all kinds of excuses why we couldnt extend our stay, even tho there were available spots at that location. Every time I tried to plan a cross country trip & use $ I had put in to the account, there wasnt any place with available spots. I believe I left some funds in there when we stopped camping. My husband has multiple diseases including Alzheimers**** sold our camper in 2018. These people are still harassing us for annual ********* **** have 2 loans for Good *** that we are still paying on. We are seniors on a fixed income with medical bills ( & more to come with LTC in the future for my husband). . We both are veterans & have worked hard to have a enjoyable retirement. I am the first in my family to go to college. And of course we are not reaping any services from either of these companies ,as we are not camping!Review fromDavid D

2 starsLove the show!!! The one thing that is awful is the 2 1/2 hours of commercials in the 4 hour show. I'm well aware you need to have commercials to help pay for things but really.Review fromAmy R

3 starsMy response to recent complaint. Up until now, resorts aren't too shabby if you are just trying to get across the country to your final tourist destination. However, we ran into 2 spots this week that are a total scam, and did not receive good customer service... This is unbelievable. There are TWO Coast to Coast parks on our itinerary (Pride Resort charging $30/night and ************ Resort charging $25/night), on our route to get from Georgia to ********. These charges are astronomical on a full-time RV budget. "Resort fees" is a SCAM. We will end up spending close to $400 for 2 weeks!!! That's TWICE THE ANNUAL C2C FEE in 2 weeks time!!! This is not a $5/night electric assistance fee, which we are occasionally charged. Your executives agreed to contract this after selling us an all-inclusive plan?!? We are still paying $350/month for our TRA membership, most of which was purchased to attain access to the Coast to Coast membership. So now we have TWO annual dues totaling around $500, $350/month on a high-interest loan just to claim membership, and now you are confirming around $400 just to get north up the highway in 2-weeks time (will not even be using amenities!!!). And you respond by just sending me a copy of what I'VE ALREADY READ... THUS THE COMPLAINT. I will complain elsewhere in many public reviews about this. This is a SHOCK. This "resort fee" should be an OPTION for those using the amenities, if that. I PAID FOR MY LOT RENTAL THROUGH ALL THE EXPENSES LISTED ABOVE. These parks are NOT luxury destinations. That's NOT how the plan was designed - like the name, coast to coast, park to park, get you across the nation - and NOT what was explained to us when we bought in.
