My next door neighbor used them. I came home to find them parked in my parking spot. I asked them to move. I have cancer. Had chemotherapy earlier this week and am tired and shaky and had just been grocery shopping and told him I cant carry my bags further. He said he would be done in an hour. I called. He moved to the fire lane and ran the tube past my front door so i would have to step over it get in and out of my house. I asked again to have it moved. I dont need more stress.

**** is running a 50%-off sale, so I went to its website and found I could schedule online to have my leather chair and ottoman cleaned. There is an asterisk next to the "50% Off" promotion that refers to a footnote stating minimum charges apply. However, nowhere on the site does it tell the consumer what the minimum charge is. The company should fix its website to clearly show the minimum charge is $149. The leather chair and ottoman were cleaned in less than 20 minutes--with a spray bottle and a rag, and the charge was $174. That was claimed to be 50% less than usual. When I questioned how the company could ever charge twice that much ($348 = full price) for the same service, I did not get a satisfactory response, but it was not the technician's place to defend the company's bait & switch practices, so I did not press the point.

We are very sorry for our customer's experience.  We have attempted to make contact with our customer yesterday once we had the paperwork in hand to review with the customer but had to leave a message.  We will continue to contact our customer to ensure resolution.

We did review the cleaning cost of the leather furniture and confirmed accurate charges.  We will also work with the appropriate parties to help improve our communication to our customers via the website.  We are a company of integrity, and our customers satisfaction is what we aim to provide every single interaction.  We are confident that when we do have the opportunity to speak to our customer and review the entire experience, concerns and questions will be clarified and a 100% satisfactory resolution will be achieved.

We thank our customer for bringing this to our attention as it provides us areas of opportunity to always improve.

13 April, I got an estimate for a duct cleaning. They definitely tried to upsell me on several things I most likely dont need considering this is a new build and Im trying to get construction debris and dust out of my ducts. I said I wasnt sure if I wanted to do it, so ****** said he would call me on the 15th to schedule. I decided not to argue about calling it scheduling when I wasnt sure if I was going to hire them or not. He called me on the 15th and I told him the builder was taking care of it, so I didnt need his services. Cut to tonight, a Sunday, 24 April. I get a call from someone saying they cleaned my ducts, but i didnt pay them. I told him I got an estimate, but decided not to get the service. He says ok and hangs up, but then texts me My HVAC tech ****** just told me we did not service your furnace but we did clean your air ducts. In fact he did the job then he texts No it's our office address. I'm going to have our accounting dept/ corporate send you a letter of intent and then we'll take the next steps. I text him a picture of my ductwork that has definitely not been cut into, which is how they clean them. I dont appreciate being threatened with a letter of intent for work I did not have done, on a Sunday night no less. I have never had an experience like this, where some tradesman is claiming he did work on my house he definitely didnt do. My realtors will be calling them in the morning, hopefully to sort it out. There is no way I would ever use ****, nor would I recommend them to anyone. If this is how they track service, I wonder how well they clean air ducts. If they continue this ridiculous claim, I can only deduce they are also fraudulent.

Unfortunately there was major miscommunication on our end internally which led to the mix up with our customer. Our manager phoned our customer on 4/25 advising them of our findings and apologized profusely for the mix up. No monies are due from our customer as work was not performed. Our apologies to our customer for interrupting their weekend as this is not how we conduct business.
