Wish I would have read these reviews first and went ahead a paid more for a reliable company. We were supposed to have our install today. No show, no call, no answer when I call. Looks like I've got about a month to wait based on their other customers experience. *********************************************, is that the reputation you want going around? I'm happy to spread it for you. Call me. You have your money now provide the services and products paid for. Simple.Front Range Stone, Inc.

I want to apologize for our crew running behind that day and not reaching out, they should have been in communication as soon as they knew they were running behind. I do show the job was completed on the day it was scheduled, just much later than originally planned. Again, I apologize for the lack of communication that day.

FRS repaired these items. It has been 27 days since the scheduled completion date. I am charging $100 for each day for the disarray in the kitchen and not having full use of it.ITEMS REMAINING TO BE DONE 1.Cut opening in quartz backsplash for power outlets higher so that the top screws for the outlets can be installed.2.Fasten the outlets to the outlet box and fasten the outlet cover to the box.3.Reconnect the circuit for the refrigerator.4.Seal joints between the countertop and the ceramic tile.5.Remove construction debris. The owner had to replace large appliances as they were left in the middle of the **************** the dishwasher which had always been quiet and now sounds like a lawn mower. It sounds like the dishwasher will have to be replaced.7.Replace stolen foods waste ****** and install in sink. Food waste ****** from old sink without strainer had been installed in the new sink. 8.Compensate me for being 27 days to date overdue to date and for all the inconvenience of not having the kitchen finished including for the holiday and compensate me for all the stress of getting the project finishedFront Range Stone, Inc.

We will reach out in regards to cutting the splash higher as the we have no notes of that being and issue and the email from the store. We were told that the outlet covers need to be reinstalled, which is not in the countertop scope of work. Fastening the outlets and reconnecting the circuit for the refrigerator is the job of an electrician. The gap between your tile that was existing and the new countertop would typically be grouted in, we would only use caulking. We did not touch the Dishwasher, we needed to leave the Dishwasher mounting bracket on site as the dishwasher was sitting to high to be able to install it. The sink purchased did not come with a drain kit, disposals have the mounting ring and if the existing disposal was reused, the drain kit was reused.

I concur with all the bad reviews. My experience was not good either.Front Range Stone, Inc.

*******,
When we followed up with you after installation you told us your job looked great. A month later we were informed of water damage to your wood tops. As our installation photos show no damage at the time of install, we gave you a quote to remove and refinish your wood tops but you declined.

1 starSadly I got lumped in with this nightmare company by *****. First I took an entire day waiting for the installer to show. They arrive in the last 5 minutes on a Friday to tell me that they cannot install because my cabinets arent level. This is after MONTHS of waiting on them. The ***s who barely spoke English then managed to tell me that they are a separate company from ***** and shirked responsibility when I asked why this was never brought up upon measuring. They also said they arent a part of the company that measures. When I asked what company they work for the *** told me I dont know, Im new and I dont remember. Im sorry but who doesnt know the name of the company they are working for?!? Alas I call Lowes they tell me to work it out with this fabricator. All I know is that Im out $4k about 3 months and no countertop with no one willing to help me. Not to mention they told me there will be a seam in sink which sounds tacky. I dont understand why they couldnt make the cut out of one slab. Ugh - want my money back. Will NEVER EVER recommend.Review fromMitchell K

1 starAbsolutely the worst countertop company in ******, I am a 40yr veteran general contractor and for our small office we decided to go with ********** for the cabinets and countertops. ********** has Front Range for their laminate countertops. Not only did it take two months the get the countertops install but they are all wrong, the bathroom vanities are to wide and they cut the wrong hole for the kitchen sink.On top of that their customer service *****, Absolut worst, i will neither recommend Front Range or **********Review fromDavid L

I caution others against using Front Range Stone. They measured our kitchen countertop incorrectly then did not take responsibility for their mistake when they installed the new Corian countertop even though there was clear evidence that the new countertop that they installed is a full inch narrower than the countertop that they removed. Their excuse is that I signed their iPad form when they laser-measured the job. Very disappointing.Front Range Stone, Inc.

When we template we do laser measure the tops. We discuss certain design details. The peninsula was discussed and designed to have a 12 overhang which was signed off on, built and installed. Unfortunately, after we installed it was brought up that the overhang desired was what the previous top had and not the 12 agreed upon at the measure appointment.Review fromJana R

TERRIB*E company! Do not use! Rude and disrespectful with absolutely no common sense or integrity. We purchased our cabinets and countertops through *********** They used Front Range as their subcontractor for countertops. They sent a guy out to measure. We told the gentleman that we did not want seams. He said we wouldnt, but we would have to pay an additional charge for a larger slab and we would need to put brackets on the island so that it could hold the extra weight otherwise they would not install it. He said if they had any issues, they would call before the countertops were cut. So we paid the extra fee and installed brackets. We then contacted them a few weeks later as they asked about how many holes we wanted by the sink and what edging we wanted because that would also be an extra charge. (We called HD about the extra charge and they told us that was a lie and they would fix the situation.). On installation day, lo and behold there was a seam on the island and a seam in the middle of the sink on our * shaped counter. We refused installation and called Front Range. They were rude and disrespectful. I caught them in lies as well, but they told us because they had already cut it, we owned it and we would not receive a refund or a new countertop. After dealing with a not so friendly person, we asked that their manager call. The next afternoon they called and in a not so nice way said tough luck. They said since the installation guy didnt write down any notes about seams, that they werent required to call us because it is at their discretion. We then talked to HD and they investigated. After going back and forth multiple times, Front Range is going to refund us a whopping $250 for the extra fee we paid and agreed to for the large no seam slab. We get that there is a seam on the * shape, but at the sink?No common sense and no accountability whatsoever. HD said they would compensate some but refused to tell us the amount until after install.Front Range Stone, Inc.

The material chosen only comes in 122" x 55.5" the customers island was 63 1/2" x 85". With the island being larger than the material the customer selected we can only build it with a joint. The total sqft for the island is 38 sqft with each piece being 19sqft, the oversized piece charge is for any single piece larger than 20sqft, so we refunded that. We typically put joints through a sink because the joint only ends up being about 7" long instead of 25 1/2" long, most customers prefer this. The templator notated the need for brackets as the OH exceeds our company policy on what is proper support for the material. At template, the customer also signed off that final seam placement is at the discretion of Front Range Stone.

1 starCountertop is quality, install went fine and was on time, though they tore up some plaster/paint where the counter attaches to the wall and didn't adequately caulk over it, as well as straight up refused to caulk the sections where the countertop touches a chimney. The real issue, though, is the countertop they installed differed markedly in appearance from teh samples (both large and small) we looked at at Home Depot--white and black splashes every foot or so that really changed the overall effect. So we contacted them and stated the problem and included pictures and... they said we'd just have to pay for a new countertop if we wanted it to be changed. No offers on how to fix it or ease the pain of a 4000$ countertop that doesn't look like we expected it to, and is now permanently installed in our home. Then I get here and see that almost all of their ratings are one star... hope you are checking this before you work with them, because after our experience I would not recommend it!Review fromTheresa H

1 starI paid over $4000 for my quartz countertops that Front Range Stone installed 8/2023. Upon putting our faucet into the top, we noticed it had been drilled OFF CENTER! I called & emailed the company multiple times. I also contacted ********** who contracted with them (we bought through ************* they contracted through Front Range Stone).Since the problem ****** be fixed, and I paid thousands of dollars, I asked for some money discounted or any other solutions they may have, to make things right.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! HAVE HAD ZERO RESPONSE. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN (OR ********** if they continue to contract with front range stone)Review fromMatt K

1 starI had to take a day off work in order to be at my house for the 6 hour window for my scheduled install day. Prepared as instructed, moved appliances etc. at the end of the window, no call no show. And no response to my alerting their customer service team to the no show. Please let me know how this is made right. I prepaid and they took my money on time. Please hold up your end of the deal. Thanks!
