    Sales guy double checked that the home had everything required for the furnace/heat pump install and went back up the ladder just to triple check wiring. On day of install, the installers quickly noticed that there weren't enough wires for the thermostat stating they needed to cut a hole in the wall to pull wire then would patch it up. The "patch" was them s******* the piece of sheetrock back where it was with multiple, exposed screws and all of the saw marks. System was touted as being super quiet by both the salesman and the installers but upon turning it on, the system is extremely loud. Each time someone comes out, they directly contradict what was said by the person before them. "Wiring looks good." "You don't have enough wires so we'll have to add another extending the install time another 1-2 hours." "Your filters look good. Glad you change them every 2 months." "Your filters are completely filthy and that's why the system is noisy." Nothing matches from one person to the next.

    Steel T installed our furnaces and air conditioners when we built our home. Since, they have performed annual maintenance and have done a great job. I normally don't write reviews but I wanted to make a point to give them kudos after seeing the other negative reviews about price. You get what you pay for! If you want good service and a professional technician and office staff call these guys.
