I have had many issues with this service over the last 3 years. But this weekend was the worst! I have had no internet since Saturday morning and I am a retail business. It is now Monday afternoon and I am still waiting for the tech to come and figure out what the issue is. I have lost a minimum of $5000 in business this weekend. What will Rise do about it? Give me a $50 credit and 10% off my **** for the next 3 months. What good is that if I have to file bankruptcy?
