They sent my devices without checking with my insurance 1st. They called me non-stop until I answered. My doctor had sent a referral for medical devices to be shipped directly to me. Well Zynex didn't get prior authorization and they lied to get a person through to get the commission I just find out. This who things feels like a scam towards ******** patients. Totally wrong and stay away. Didn't believe their Lord saying it should ask be good. Then I held for a long time then the person couldn't help me or take my concerns seriously. She was going to transfer me to find a way to get the devices shipped back unopened and unused. I needed help and they just **** at everything. I sure hope they see this message and help their patients vs staffing and ruining their own business with dealing with people how are ********** on ********. Duh!!!! My account needs to be fixed to zero balance and a shipping label should be emailed to me **** to return the product ****. I can't believe this. A supervisor recently reached out and spoke with your regarding your frustrations and concerns. We have reviewed your file in greater detail to ensure that your file was handled appropriately and accurately according to all of our processes/policies. We are relieved to acknowledge that no promise of coverage was made to you and the information was accurately conveyed with how your insurance may process the claim through the written form that you had signed. We would be more than happy to provide documentation of this to be transparent as possible.
Our patients do have the option to return their prescribed electrotherapy devices should they decide it is no longer beneficial for their treatment and the supervisor that had reached out to you sent a pre-paid return label to the email address you provided and verified. Once your device is checked into our facility a supervisor will review your file and make any necessary adjustments.
We are available weekdays 7:00am to 5:00pm mountain time via ***************. If you would like to speak with one of our Resolutions Supervisor, you can request to be connected with that department immediately, please ask for extension 8999.

Zynex medical, If you listened to the phone call I explained I'm cognitively challenged and I don't always understand and may need help. I thought this was the company that my neurologist ***m I've been seeing for 9 yrs referred me to since they were calling nonstop, day after day like a collection company or someone eager to reach someone. Your person said it would all be covered by my insurance. Your response was a basic response you'd tell anyone. I'm not just anyone. Upon further looking into how many phone calls you made to my cell phone day after day after day, I thought if they really must have been trying to help me. But it turns out the caller *** worked for Zynex only scammed on people (ppl) like me. The people that are neurologically challenged. This is unfair and the wording was as if you could still be charging me when you as a medical company should have never sent a single item without prior authorization when dealing with a ******** patient. Period. No one company in their right business mind would do this to ppl *** can't pay. Upon your company lies , I did a search online and found all sorts of your company's complaints and various scamming of so many like myself. Unable to fully understand what just happened and thought their trusted doctor wouldn't set them up for failure. I let my doctor know and she says she will truly consider *** she sends to your company if at all. She is extremely disappointed in what happened. You are a company *** is supposed to be helping people vs taking money they don't have. So if you thoroughly search my file as you said in your letter through BBB you could see how wrong you are for doing what you did to me, you cannot charge someone for something their insurance should be covering. You truly should be held responsible for making this right. If you cannot be understanding to a situation like this, cognitively challenged, check with my doctor *** referred me to you. I will not accept any company taking advantage of disabled, cognitively challenged, and many other health issues that you have nothing to do with. They are ALL covered by insurance and wouldn't have tactics to scam to get people to sign something they can't even read in the second provided. Please how is someone *** is very slow supposed to keep up while your company sets policies only for you to fall back on vs help people in need. Instead of slowing a person time to process and read the info and given time line a day or 3 to read before sending anything. You should be following up to ensure they understand everything and fully understand clearly as you speak to the patient. When I was on the phone everything was done in one call. Not giving someone like me the ability to understand and review. Instead your company does it all during a phone while someone is challenged and you expect me to pay when I have no income and on ********. A professional company would have compassion for what just happened and try to make things right even through BBB, but instead you tried to point out my flaws/faults when your company scammed with the way the call goes, what person is given 2 days to read over something that was given in a phone during the call everything is expected to be done and even when the patient is ready to go thru, ok now the time to sign. I didn't understand and said as much. They tried to say it's all official and your insurance approves these. Cuz I asked if my insurance will. They said yes and that where your person was wrong. This ***le thing could have been resolved nicely but you choose to point the finger at someone *** can't defend themselves. Your company needs to change it's policies and rules. I've worked where policy doesn't mean it is set in stone. It means we made this policy to follow, but you have the ability to fix when something went wrong. If a supervisor called me he should have introduced himself as one. As a professional company would, as I always did. I would have been much nicer and understanding to the person on the other end. You should have made it all about trying to see from the other side in your letter with BBB. Your company should have done the right thing from the beginning and the so called man that called the next day, his 1st thing he said was I'm calling you back, what can help you with today?? Like he's didn't know what the call was for and you say in the letter he was a supervisor. I was a customer service manager ***** of a technical support team with many technicians to schedule and many customers to walk through repairs themselves. Your guy didn't even mention he was following up on a phone call as a supervisor of Zynex medical. That was never said. I was upset he acted as though he knew nothing. I'm customer service when following up with someone ***'s upset you start the call off with hello I'm ****** the supervisor from zynex calling to follow up on your call from yesterday return label.... But he didn't. He didn't even act like a supervisor. A supervisor follow up call if that's what it was, should have said he was a supervisor and it would have changed the ***le experience. Plus I made it clear to the person the day before and with him, all I wanted was an immediate return label and the balance to be zero due to their faults along the way. Please learn from this with ******** patient. Get prior authorization 1st. This would never happen again. You wouldn't be reported to the BBB for taking advantage and scamming me along with many others. This all needs to be fixed and resolved. Please Have GRACE for ppl *** that are challenged in any way. Cognitively challenged like myself. I get confused really easy and missed the scam coming. I think this company needs to go over the policy and regulations with their employees as a group to show them to interact and learn properly, if your company wants to help people like me vs put them in a poor condition. It's not right to anyone at this point. Moving forward, please consider taking anything ******** related. I don't think it's in your policy to be friendly and nice and completely truthful 100% the words and actions Please tell each ******** patient these words...you will have to pay even though you're a ******** patient should be said clearly. Liars didn't make it far in life looking good in everyone's eyes, only their own. Need to be honest. I'm 100% honest and truthful. You'll get your equipment when I'm able to get out of the house as I'm disabled it's harder to print a label and go to wait in line and I can't even stand more than ******************************************* fall down, more like crumble over. I fall often from muscle issues and this was reported accurately in my 1st message to BBB. I'm currently unable to organize my thoughts and unable to put words together well. I try extremely hard for you. The solution to this problem is don't do business with ppl *** don't have money and that's why they are on ********. I don't have an income and I'm about to be homeless. Trying to express what's needed in order is hard. Basically I hope you realize the wrongs by your company.The caller made everything sound legit. The only way to get the equipment was to sign. That what I was told during the call. I had no choice. I even said it right at this point in the call I don't understand. They tried to explain the insurance covers it this way. So right now I am assuming they were just saying anything to get the call signed up. That's how they get noticed. This company should get noticed for what you did to me and others like me. I am sorry to say this but I regret answering the call thinking I was doing the right thing. My doctor wouldn't set me to up with a fraudulent company. I spoke with her and she agreed it's not great with ********, after I told her about my experience with you. She said she will wait to send more until this issue is fixed. Thank you for your time. Please send a *** label pre-printed to my home and your will pick up. This ****** be from trying to figure out s way to print and go somewhere in my condition. I look forward to this getting handle properly and professionally with compassion and understanding. I will talk with my doctor after this all is resolved and done with a letter showing my balance and zero and closed. I never should owe anything. This wasn't fair and I don't want disabled people being taken advantage of. I feel you need to look over how things are done for patients such as myself. For now though, please don't ship anything without prior authorization and make sure the patient isn't responsible in the process. My ******** insurance has paid everything for decades.
