    Zynex Medicals Representatives have been professional and cordial to talk to. They actually listened to me so that they could resolve my issue. The medical equipment that they have provided has worked great as part of my pain management regiment.

    I only have good things to say about Zynex. I have been working with them for a long time now and I have never had any issues or problems. They text (which is my preferred method of communicating) when it is time for reordering or just to see how Im getting along with my device and supplies. Theyre never pestering or bothersome. Never salesmen-like. They just check on me from time to time and mail my supplies as needed. Id recommend them highly to anyone in need of medical supplies.

    Terrible and unethical business practice. My wife received a device under the pretense it would be covered under her insurance.6x months go by, we receive a bill from Zynex saying the insurance denied the device. We would need to pay for the device or ship it back and pay for 6x months of "rental fee". If this is the case we should be notified and bill instantly the 1st month the insurance denied this claim. DONT WAIT 6x months to collect on rental fees!! If she had known this from the beginning, she would never have gotten the device in the first place. It took 6x months for them to finally tell us the insurance denied it so that way we have to pay for 6x months of rental.This is such a shady business!!!!

    Fraud. They do not check with your insurance first before mailing out the merchandise. I just asked five questions why they don't check and it went over their heads. They do not care about older people who may not understand what they say instead of explaining to them in a way they would understand. It makes me super upset that they do this to people. I use to work in ***. Before I do anything, I would check with the insurance first before calling the patient. After talking to the patient I would let them know that either the insurance company is going to pay for it or not and let them know why in a way they would understand.

    Not effective, cheap. I was talked into ordering the cyroheat unit for an upcoming surgery. I put it all together and it is a joke! It does not heat of cool effectively. It is a bunch of plastic with a lot of steps, and it does not heat or cool well. Grandma's heating pad and my drape ice packs are the bomb. Effective and easier. I should have read more reviews.

    They are not upfront with their prices. They care more about selling a product than helping the patient. They take advantage of young clients and dont follow up with care. They are not patient orientated but just want to sell a product that insurance never covered and then costs a fortune. Do not use their products!!! They claim they are reaching out but its impossible to call them back. You never get the same person and they do not work with you. Its a joke. They keep sending you supplies and charging you even when you dont ask for them. They make sure to send you as many supplies as possible and then say its not refundable. Looks at other reviews. Its very similar. They are just looking to make a buck. ******* V
