    I have been a Ting customer for a little over a year and a half. The service was all right, however, I frequently had call/service drops when travelling. It was even some times difficult to get a consistent signal in my city. I've signed up with another smaller phone service and they impeccable thus far. I have far better, consistent coverage, and the price is much better. If you are cancelling with Ting, beware that they will not refund you for your service, even if you port out your number early in your billing cycle. Their customer service **** are extremely rude and unhelpful. I'd say that dealing with the company has been the biggest headache about having the service. I'm definitely not happy that I won't be able to get my money back. Highly do not recommend ever getting services with them. Shop around for other options!

    The customer service is very bad with a poor website and incorrect phone numbers to reach somebody that are only answered for a limited time each day. I discontinued using them and switched to another cellular company and I am still getting billed. Since my online customer portal was deleted, I can't go online to settle the issue with them. The very foreign person I did get to via the phone tried to fob me off to another phone number before finally looking at my account. An inexpensive price is not worth it if there's no service to back it up should something not go right. I discontinued my account when their website verified that a new phone I was buying was compatible. Once I had the phone, customer service told me it was "partially compatible" which translates to "it doesn't work on their system" so I was out $200 if I were to stay with them and buy yet another phone or simply switch providers where my new phone works just fine.

    I canceled my service in April they send me a bill for May,I throught that was unfair and June they turned around send me another bill that was higher than my regular bill ,this robbery if ever seen ,T-Mobile is the worst phone company around, they can't keep robbing people for their money, please help

    My complaint is based on recent difficulty with Ting Mobile voice mail. Until now, I have had no issue with this serivce. Kudos to the billing process, reception, coverage, and customer service availability (they always answer within 1-2 rings and are polite). The problem is these agents are somewhat limited in knowledge and do not transfer to higher level tech support. They claim they send a ticket but I never hear back from them. I have not had access to my voice mail. My situation is still not mended though the phone is still operable. I have placed numerous calls and traded out 2 sim cards to no avail. I am very disappointed as I have recommended this service to family and friends.

    I originally signed up with Ting as my cell phone provider because of their reasonable rates and very helpful, readily available customer service. Now it seems they've gone all corporate. I just spent an hour trying to reach a human being, first via the number their website provides for "support" that forces the caller to sit through a long series of high pressure verbal ads and then cuts out, providing another number to call that does the same. I then tried the Chat Bot to request a way to talk to a human being. Another maddening waste of time. The Bot claimed to be a human being (albeit with a fakey sounding name) but reiterated over & over again that she was sorry, she's not allowed to make outgoing calls, as if that were what I was asking. Even though I'd told her the number with all that ads that I'd originally called, she then gave me the SAME number to call, falsely claiming that's where I could speak to a live human being. I finally got through to a customer service rep by calling the line for prospective new customers and waiting on hold for awhile. Evidently, Ting makes its live customer service available only to those whom they hope to induce to sign up with them. I can hardly believe I had to waste so much of my precious time and go through all these hassles just to get a couple of questions answered about adding my son to my plan. I now regret having recommended Ting to my friends and acquaintances in the past. I feel I owe them an apology and certainly won't make that mistake again.******

    They received a single star, for their inexpensive cell phone plan....but that is all.After filling out the application, I called the customer service line. Since they offer a plan with either T-Mobile or ******** I informed the service rep that I wish to have only the ******* network. He sent out the *** card.I discovered that the *** card was with the creepy and call dropping T-Mobile. When I called customer service, I spoke with some foreign gal. She would do nothing to **** me. Her explanation to fix this issue was convoluted. She told me I had to go to a ******* office to fix this problem ! I suggested she sent out another *** card [*******] and fix this issue on her side. She refused and kept repeating her silly instructions, despite the fact, that **** created this problem. She must have begun to get frustrated with me and hung up. Not only dat, eh disabled the service, resulting in me not have cell service.I went to a ******* store to fix this issue, however, they had no clue. The second ******* store told me I had to go lto ***-Slimball store, which I did, only to witness fourteen in line. I spent 1.5 hours running around, to fix a service issue they created.I plugged in the old ******* *** card and had service again.Folks, other than a cheap calling plan, this provider is not worth the price, as their customer service ***** = bigly. You would be well advised to find a finished and professional cell phone firm, because this one is not

    My internet service has been terrible. I have to sit next to the box literally for it to work right. I can't get ting customer service on the phone. I'm left on hold for hours. I've left emails and tried chat but I get no response or Plus my grass is dead where they buried my fiber. Nobody will call me back.

    **** was supposed to apply a free month and $100 gift card but did not. They also killed part of my lawn during installation. I can't contact the internet ********** of **** I get placed on hold for hours at a time. *********************************
