I just completed an office move and this is the 2nd time I've hired Cowboy Moving for that purpose. In both cases they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

So helpful and careful with my things!I needed some extra help due to a disability and they took all the time I needed to get everything arranged for **** don't know if you've ever used movers, but I usually spend a good part of my day internally cringing/gasping because someone is juggling something delicate or about to run the furniture into the wall, etc. I NEVER ONCE had one of those moments with the Cowboy Moving folks. They took such good care of everything, I had no worries. I don't even have a claim to file! One item broke, they fixed it on the spot, and still gave me a discount for the breakage. Everything else looks to be in perfect condition.5 stars, 2 thumbs up, highly recommended!Cowboy Moving & Storage, Inc.

1 starThey have been in business a long time. They are on everybody's recommended list but you do know they pay to be there, right? They were very stealing my items. They had it down to a science. How to avoid cameras, distract me, make noises to cover up the breaking into my filing cabinet. It was terrible to look back at the video of my indoor cameras and see everything going on that I was clueless about. They were only moving stuff from my house to my POD in my driveway! They had someone who stayed in their van and they had someone who would drive by in their car. The person in the van would then put things they brought out to the van into the car and it would drive away. I did catch two of the movers talking on camera about how upset they were that one mover brought two backpacks to work to fill with customers stuff they steal when they are only supposed to bring 1. They were afraid they were going to get in trouble because the same mover stole a customers projector and went back a couple days latter and stole the screen too! They carried out paintings of my family's we have had for generations. They stole money out of my wallet. I took me 2 months to be able to look at the videos. I felt so violated. It was heartbreaking to watch my family generational heirlooms go walking out the door. To watch they way they would take paintings off the wall turn them over and study every inch of them. Then they would talk it into a mic and someone on the other end was looking the stuff up for them so they knew wether to put certain items in boxes that went to their van and not to my pod. When I confronted the owner I was told I was crazy. This was 6- years ago and I have felt intimidated. I have spoke to many customers of theirs who are afraid to say anything negative about them. My mom used them for years! Loved them! Until she saw it with her own eyes. I cannot press charges so you don't have to believe me. But don't say I didn't warn you. We recently used Cowboy moving on a move from ********* to **. ******* which is 2 hours away. They got the move done sooner then I thought possible and were very helpful. ***** *., ***** *., **** *., ****** T. and ***** *. all were friendly and professional and very helpful. Cowboy Moving and Storage helped my family for 2 days with packing, loading and hauling items away. ****************** and ***** were hard working, kind, caring, so careful with all items, considerate and respectful. I would use them again in a minute! I appreciate check *** from ******* during the days to make sure all was going smoothly. I was dreading the process (who likes to move?), but Cowboy Moving and Storage made it easier than expected and a pleasant task. Those in the office and those on the job site really made their professionalism and skill matter to our family!Cowboy Moving & Storage, Inc.
