I tried Livelong Solutions nail fungus pills and it did not work. I then returned ALL six unopened bottles that were an upsell. They were purchased October 28, 2021 and returned November 29, 2021.I then asked Discover Credit card to chargeback my purchase. I was given a temporary credit of the purchase price $321,93 Then Discover contacted me in January 2022 saying that PayPal denied my claim. PayPal is the payment method method sent the funds to live Long Solutions with.It is now April 28, 2022 and Discover has submitted my name to the Credit Bureaus for nonpayment of this **** which I have returned to Live Long Solutions for a refund.Today April 28th I opened an email from Live Long Solutions saying I MUST cancel my chargeback claim to try to get a refund.I sent back their product I should get a refund. Yet now I am being told I need to cancel my chargeback case to try to get a refund. It is not even guaranteed .I want Live Long Solutions to honor their attached words that I can get a refund back when product is sent back which it was on November 29, 2021

    Hello,

The customer indeed returned the bottles to our warehouse back in December 2021 but also open a chargeback dispute with her financial institution and with PayPal rather than to wait for the refund from our end. Due to the dispute, we couldnt issue the refund from our end. We contacted the customer to provide us the full and correct address to issue a check to resolve this situation, but the customer did not respond up until now.

    Have a lovely day ahead!

I am rejecting this response because: I was not offered any refund. Discover Bank contacted me and said I owe this amount and to pay plus DISCOVER is currently reporting me to the credit buraus.  All the company needs due is issue the refund to my Discover card to close out the case.

    Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: I want it credited to the way I paid it.  It was paid with a credit card.  My credit card , Discover , is reporting me to the credit bureaus.  Why can't Live Long Solutions reverse the charge.  This check may be fake.  And I don't get mail at this address so it will be returned to Live Long.  Cancel this check and submit to the bank a reversal and leave me alone.  I paid with credit from Discover and Discover has me in the red.  Or reverse the charge to pay pal.  Cancel the sent check, I feel it is fake and may bounce.  I refuse a check.  I want the charge sent back to PayPal that was how I paid. I know it is fake check cause I paid with credit not my money.

    Sincerely,

    Thank you for replying!

We are not able to reverse the charge to your credit card due to the chargeback dispute that you have opened and blocked the transaction.

The check is the only option that we have to send you the money, once a dispute is placed for a transaction , that is blocked and no action can be taken regarding that transaction. Your financial institution should provided this information when you first open the dispute.

The check was already sent to you, if you decide to refuse it we will not have a different option to provide you the amount back.

I hope this information helps !

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********,.  I do not want a check because the bank has me in the red with a  credit charge.  I will deposit this check in Discover and hopefully I can get my credit repaired from Discover.
Livelong says PayPal is  not working.  A lot of excuses.  I hope this check does not bounce.  Thank you Better Business Bureau for assisting with this matter

    Sincerely,
