    Signed with this company on June 22, 2023, to work with my insurance company to replace the roof due to hail damage. ************************* approved the work once I spoke with them. My contact said he was working with the regarding the money and would provide me updates.The text messages regarding the work and meeting the insurance contact started in August 2023. I reached out to the company starting in September 2023, with multiple excuses. Getting quotes, the weather has to be nice to work on my flat roof, the company was working on a large business with a flat roof and should be able to start mine mid-may. My skylight was leaking and *******************, my contact I reached out to them and he sent a person to patch it. I texted them again in early June and last Friday the 21st. He said they were still working on the large business job and had no date. I had a plumber out to fix my swamp cooler as it was leaking into a hole in my roof. That cost me money. I emailed, twice, the contact I was told owned this company to get the work done. ************************* at Infinity roofing. No response. If this is not done soon the process starts all over with the insurance company and my shingles have big holes in them. My **** is getting worse. I want the job done

    Their solicitors ignore my no soliciting signs 3 times a week, even after being told we are working with someone else, they continue to try to solicit business.

    This person is not a customer of ours, we have searched all of our data base's and can not find his info anywhere.   We are requesting the the complaint be removed since he is not one of our customers.

    We sincerely apologize if our flier caused any inconvenience to you. We understand and respect "No Soliciting" signs and will take extra care in the future to avoid missteps in this regard.

    We  want to assure you our team is dedicated to work diligently in our community to earn business.  Our intention is never to upset our neighbors but to offer services to those who might find value in them.  We are committed to contribute positively to our local community rather then taking shortcuts or being burdensome.

    We appreciate your understanding as we continue to work hard to serve our community. If you would like to provide us with your address so we can insure **** doesn't knock on your door again, that would be most helpful. Or if there is anything else we can do to make this right for you please do not hesitate to contact us at ************, as I don't believe you have ever contacted us directly to resolve this.
