    Worst customer service in the world. My membership was due expire in 25 days. I tried to cancel and advised they had already charged my card and would not offer a refund of $39.00 NEVER do business with them!

    Terrible roadside assistance and follow-up. I broke down, called Good ***, and spent about 30 minutes with a *** conveying all the details and confirming the next steps. She assured me I'd get a text shortly thereafter when the tow truck was on the way. The text never came, nor did anything or anyone else. I then spent OVER FOUR HOURS calling Good *** and trying to reach someone who could help. No ***s had any record of my initial call or offer any help - the degree to which their system is broken was beyond belief. Meanwhile, it was getting colder, wetter, and darker, and all garages were closing. I finally reached someone who could help and she confirmed that the first *** NEVER CALLED A TOW TRUCK or otherwise acted on my initial call. I nearly exploded. After the dust settled, all Good *** provided me was a tiny fraction of the tow charge and less than $40 worth of additional membership as compensation. Good *** has REFUSED to refund me for the remainder of my contract if I cancel despite their horrible performance here. I wish I were with another roadside assistance provider; my tow *** said Nationwide and ******** are generally good. Try them and avoid Good ***. Just terrible customer service. I'd be fired for the same.

    I have been with Good Sam Roadside Assistance for 1 year now. I highly like my Roadside Assistance package that I pay for annually. On 12/21/2024, my oldest daughter's vehicle stopped working in ************, *******. I contacted Customer Support to advise of this. About an hour later the ************** "Jaypro Transport" sent me a text message to notify me of his estimated arrival time. This guy is so talented and professional. I wish it was many, many more just like him. I have pictures from the start to the ending. No thanks to *** who now leave their customers on the side of the road without showing up. Kudos to Good Sam Roadside Assistance and ********************. I highly appreciate your service. Sincerely, ******* ******* from *******, **.

    10/5/2024 We suffered a mechanical issue that cause our diesel pusher to enter limp mode. We called Good ***** roadside assistance. We all ready found a local repair shop on our own. Good ***** instructed us to pay for the tow and resubmit the invoice for reimbursement on line. We did every thing as instructed. A month later we received an email stating they required more info so we provided it. Another month goes by. No reimbursement. Made contact with ****** ******** Operations Manager Good Sam Roadside Assistance and Travel Assist ******************************************* She informed us that they made a decision not to pay us back.The best they would do for us is to pay us a partial payment back from our membership ******** other reviews they are not worth having.

    On August 24th, we were traveling from ***********, **, to **********, **, in our *** While driving S on Hwy 63 into AR, the alternater light came on, and the engine overheated. Once the engine cooled off, we investigated and found we had lost the serpentine belt. We called Good *** Roadside number and asked about getting towed. We gave him the name and location of a 24-hour truck repair we had found. The ** ***** said he would investigate and call back. When he called back, he told us the tow was $2000 and that our limit was $1500, so our out of pocket would be $500. We had chosen a business that was open. Since it was Saturday evening, any truck repairs close to us were closed until Monday, and the 24-hour truck repair closest to us did not answer their phone. When we asked about a closer business, he said he couldn't check that for us. I asked him to ask the tow company, and he said he couldn't (was not allowed to) ask them for the information. We turned down the tow so we could investigate other options. We found a 24-hour truck repair business that could get the belt and travel to us to actually repair the *** We called Good *** for a second time to see if this service would be covered by our roadside service plan. We were told no because we found our own person (keep in mind, I was told in the first call they couldn't help me find someone). I asked them to find me someone, and I would cancel the one I had spoken to. The CS ***** told me it was too late for that since I called someone. I again told him I would cancel the one I called. I was told no. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put in hold for 77 minutes. A second ***** came on the line and asked if she could help me. I asked if she was a supervisor, and she said no and put me back on hold for another 65 minutes. I finally disconnected the call when the service guy I called showed up to rescue us.We pre-paid for a 5 year plan and have only used it one time. Good *** totally let us down.

    Extremely disgusted, disappointed, disillusioned by ******** EXPERIENCE we had with Good *** Roadside Assist on 06/19/24.6/19/24 spoke to Agent; explained we were broke down on the shoulder of Interstate 10 one mile from east bound Exit 117, **********. Told her we needed a tow truck for our fifth-wheel. She insisted I tell her where the trailer was to be towed even though I explained I had no idea.Thought the ** Roadside Assist was supposed to ASSIST you and get help for. She finally said she would try looking for a tow truck, and would call back or text in 8 min. I did get a text that she was still working on it, and then nothing else. 30 minutes went by; tried calling again, telling Agent I needed to talk to the first Agent. She wanted to give me her extension; she finally said she would get a message to her.Called again. Agent said I hadnt recv'd a phone call because I did not give first Agent correct phone number. He said she had tried 5 times. Asked him what number he showed as the callback number; he told me, xxx-xxx-xxxx. He and I were speaking on that number. So the first Agent LIED. I was furious and told the told the Agent would get help elsewhere since the ** Agents wouldnt/couldnt help us.I sent this info to xxxxxx xxxxxxx, Chairman on 6/25/24. I was contacted by xxxxxx xxxxtz on 7/22/24 xxx-xxx-xxxx. She apologized; said she would investigate the incident. On 7/25/24 she called; said she needed a copy of the towing receipt. I obtained a receipt and emailed it to her. She emailed back: "Got it! Thank you so much. I'll forward this right away." I emailed her today. Haven't heard anything from anyone at Good *** since I sent the receipt.We want as refund for the tow charge and the membership charge for the year. Our membership included towing and ** did not provide the service.It cost us $1419.03 to have fifth-wheel towed.Paid $149.95 for yearly membership.
