I placed an order on 9/18/2022 for the following: IronRidge BHW-SQ-02-A1 Square-Bolt Attachment Hardware x16, IronRidge FlashVu FV-01-M1 Flashing w/ GripCap x16, IronRidge FM-CM-001-B Conduit Mount x1, IronRidge UFO-CL-01-A1 Bonding Module Clamp x32, IronRidge UFO-STP-40MM-M1 Stopper Sleeve x8, IronRidge XR-100-168A 14' Clear XR100 Rail x2, IronRidge XR-100-204A 17' Clear XR100 Rail x4, IronRidge XR-LUG-03-A1 Grounding Lug x2, IronRidge XR100-BOSS-01-M1 Splice Bar x4, and JA Solar JAM72S10-410/MR 410w Mono Solar Panel x14 for a total of $4847.32. I received the first two shipments without issue on 10/23/2022 from FedEx #************ and 10/24/2022 from FedEx #************. I received my second order on 10/28/2022 with one damaged piece delivered by Saia #***********. I had the damage recorded by Saia along with pictures with complaint #*********. There was one damaged IronRidge XR-100-204A 17' Clear XR100 Rail values at $65.90. I contacted Solaris immediately to get permission to submit an RMA and received a response on 11/1/2022 by ******** ******. I submit my first RMA with Solaris on 11/1/2022. I received my final shipment on 11/16/2022 from ODFL Dominion #*********** with two broken pieces. I had the damage recorded by ODFL Dominion along with pictures on reference #********. Both damaged pieces where JA Solar JAM72S10-410/MR 410w Mono Solar Panel with a total value of $529.20. I submitted a second RMA on 11/16/2022 with Solaris. I have received no contact or confirmation that any steps have been taken. I attempted to contact multiple Solaris at 720-474-6050 multiple times and left messages with no response.Initial Complaint

On December 23, 2021, we paid Solaris $2,259.73 for a battery inverter. On August ninth of this year, after Solaris had missed multiple dates for shipping or arrival, Solaris informed us via email that the next tentative shipping/arrival date for the battery inverter was to be another five months out, and Solaris asked us how we wished to proceed.In response to their request for direction, we told them on August 17th via email to cancel our order and to return our money as soon as possible. The very next day, Solaris emailed back to say that they would process a refund.On December 26, we emailed a follow up request for the refund.It is now February 24, 2023 - which is more than a year after we paid for the battery inverter and more than six months after Solaris said they would issue a refund. On Oct 27, 2022 I placed an order for solar panel mounting materials and Solaris took my online payment in full. The website stated and states (as of this writing), "Please Note: We are currently experiencing long turnaround times due to supply chain distruptions. New orders are currently shipping between 2-3 weeks from date of purchase."I began inquiries concerning my order on November 26, 2022, Solaris doesn't answer emails requesting information on when the purchase might be shipped.Initial Complaint

I have ordered and paid for $986 worth of equipment from Solaris ***************** over 4 weeks ago. I have asked for shipping updates twice, with no response. I have written emails using Outlook and their website, requesting cancellation and a refund, with no response. I have also tried calling over 5 times, nobody answers! On Oct.. 6th I placed an order with Solaris for 32 solar panels and was charged instantly for them. I knew there would be a 2 to 3 week wait for the items to ship. I reached out on Oct.25th asking for information on when it will ship. I received a response, Thank you for your order with us. We are writing to inform you of your order's estimated shipping window: On or around 11/15 Tracking information will be available and updated by 11/21 I waited till the 22nd of Nov. to reach out again. No one answers the phone and not response from my emails to them. I want a refund and will be seeking assistance from my bank as well. On august 18th I placed my order for solar panels. According to the email, the panels were supposed to be shipped on September 5th. On September 19th I contacted customer service and was rudely met with a screen shot of their website stating my order would ship October 31st, On October 29th I checked their website and they changed the ship date to December 5th. They refuse to give a full refund and have offered the wrong size panels for my project as an alternative. I am in the military and deploying in January, I couldn't possibly finish this project now and they are trying to keep my money even though they continued to delay my order.Business Response

Unfortunately the modules the customer ordered were delayed by the manufacturer. We offered to switch the customer to a module that we can ship out immediately and also offered to price match. We have not heard back directly from the customer regarding this so consider the matter still open. I purchased some solar racking for my solar install from Solaris on August 13th because they had a slightly better price compared to their competitors. It is now October 4th and the order has been in "awaiting shipment" status for over 5 weeks without ever being shipped. The website stated a 2 to 3 week delay which I was willing to accept, however, it is now over 6 weeks. I have called several times to try and see when my order will be shipped but I keep getting told "I expect your order to ship before the end of next week". Several weeks pass and still no update or response. When I call sometimes I am able to speak with **** on the phone but again I keep getting told that I will be emailed an update, which never comes. At first I just thought they were sincerely busy and now after so many delay tactics I believe I am being scammed.Business Response

Placed an order on 6/17 for Solar Batteries and a few other products for $28,876.70. They said 2-3 weeks to ship. Its been 6 weeks and every time I call or email they tell me they will get tracking sent and it has already been shipped. They seem to have only 1 person working there as every time I have called, I talk to the same person, who has no information, but only tells me they will look into it and get back to me. They first told me it shipped **** and then they also told me it shipped ****. Both times they promised to send me tracking information. They never did. I repeatedly asked for a refund, they never sent one. Stay far away from this company. 100% a scam.Business Response

All items on this order have been delivered to the customer. We discussed in detail the estimated lead times for the Enphase equipment, unfortunately due to manufacturing constraints the dates were changed a couple of times. All items on the customer's order have been delivered. The systems controller and adapter on 07/31 and the three batteries today, 08/08. I am rejecting this response because:There was zero customer service offered. Their website claims orders will be shipped in 2-3 weeks. There was not a single action taken on any part of the order until it was over 5 weeks. What is not encompassed in the email chain is how many times I had to call and they assured me that I would get an email response, that would never come. There was not any substantive information to come from them until I demanded a refund and told them they were being reported to the Better Business Bureau. Had I not intervened in that manner after 6 weeks, there still would be no movement and they would have stolen my money.

Originally I placed an order (*****) with Solaris on 10/14/21. The order was canceled on their end 10/29/21. I then replaced the order (*****) on 10/31/21. They never sent the order and I received a refund on 1/11/22 after several dozen phone calls and emails. I then placed order ***** on 1/24/22 which was cancelled that day. I placed order ***** on 2/25/22, the website showed 3-5 days for shipping and it was shipped on 3/21/22 and it arrived on 3/25/22. However some of the parts were incorrect and the company said they were send the correct ones 4/7/22, 4/16/22 emails said they would be send them 4/29/22 email says I should receive tracking info 5/20/22 email asking if I received, I had not 5/23/22 email asking what they were supposed to send me again. I would prefer to have the parts so I can complete my job. If a refund is issued, I request the shipping to be refunded of $195 since the parts required freight to be sent. Something need to happen soon so I can order from someone else.Business Response

In March of 2022 I spent 15 grand in solar panels with this company. On April 14th I was notified that they were no longer available but they had another option. So I ordered those and they told me they would ship on May 12th. That day came and went and no panels. They don't answer their phones or emails. They are terrible with customer service. Finally someone got back with me after leaving several messages and I said I wanted a refund. They said someone would be in touch that same day and I never heard back. I still can't get a answer from phone call or email. I'm done dealing with them I just want my money back. They have caused me to miss my deadline on getting my solar in so now I'm out my net metering. This company cost me a lot of money by making me miss out on this. I have found 2 other companies with the same panels that said they can get them to me this week but I need my refund back first before I spend more money. This company should no longer be in business and I hope no one else has to go through this. I wish I would've reviewed these complaints before giving them my business.Business Response
