We paid in full for our panels back in july we still have a FULL energy **** from XCEL we have tried reaching out to Osiris and to ********* many times with no responses back. I would not recommend them to anyone, they told us blatant lies and are in a BREAK IN CONTRACT as we have now paid for our panels and still pay a full energy ****.Business response

In February 2021 I took out a $28000 loan to purchase solar panels thru this company. The panels were installed in April by ******* *****, a company contracted by Source NRG, the inspection was done and then I heard nothing. I contacted Source NRG as well as ******* and heard nothing from either company for over a month. Finally in June the system was turned on and over the next couple of months I continued to accumulate electric expenses from *****. I talked with ********* ******, the General Manager, I was advised to get various reports from ***** showing production and use of power. Per my discussion with *****’s Solar people there are no such reports and basically, I did not have enough panels installed to cover the amount of electricity I used. Ms. ****** assured me the issue would be resolved and issued me a check for the extra amount I was charged for electricity. A month went by with no follow up and no contact from Source NRG, another ***** bill with electricity expenses. Again I contacted Ms. ****** was assured the issue was being looked into, this was in September and another check was issued for the difference. She also referred me to ******* ***** who I did speak with, explained the whole issue to him, he assured me he would check into it and let me know. Never heard back from him. Since then, I have not been able to get in touch with anyone, the main number always advises to leave a message. I have called for weeks, and I no longer can get a live person. I have left numerous voice messages and text messages with no follow up. I finally contacted ******* as I wasn’t even sure if Source NRG was still in business since I hadn’t heard from them or been able to get in touch with anyone in over a month. They contacted Source NRG and the next day (10/5/21) I heard from ****** ******* who was the original person I dealt with, he advised me that he should be the only person I deal with. I am following up on my complaint from 11/2021, although an employee did get back in touch with me and basically stated that I was given wrong info at the point of sales. He stated that there wasn't anything else they could do, they couldn't install more panels I would just have to continue to pay my electric company for the excess. But he would follow up on something else to help. Of course I am still waiting to hear back. I have tried calling them and of course there is no answer and no returned calls. I stated my original complaint was resolved thinking they would follow up but again as of today, I have never heard a word back, almost a year.Business response
