      I cancelled my membership. They sent me a link a few times to pay a cancel fee. The link did not work *** I proved it. Ive paid in full *** owe nothing. They continue to auto deduct money. There are hundreds of people that they have done this to. You cancel and do everything correctly *** they keep taking your money.

      Thank you for taking the time to reach out about this. After looking at your account and through all of the different emails between you and customer service we were able to determine that the cancellation fee was never paid and therefore you were not able to cancel your membership online. I have attached all of the separate email conversations that we have on file between you and customer service. The reason why your membership billed again is because the $99 cancellation fee was not paid. Since you were drafted $89.95 on 5/1, we waived the cancellation fee. You cancelled your membership online on 5/2. You will no longer see any further charges to your account.

      In November of 2021, I was bamboozled into an upgraded package via contract on the desk attendant's screen & a finger signature by me. Turns out I signed an ANNUAL membership. Thus far, I have paid for six months at this level, at approximately $50 per month. Hence, half the contract has been completed, but now I understand how very below-board the business actually is, and the company isn't holding up its end of the contract ~ the top-tier spray tan package that I am paying for. What I thought I was paying for are UNLIMITED spray tans. [As advertised on posters, etc.]There is one major limitation that is NOT advertised, of course or mentioned to customers.You see, the store manager told me that I am only allowed ONE spray tan per day OR fork over another $40 for the 2nd tan), It sure seems as if this contract isn't legit whatsoever. Corporate needs to end such tomfoolery, not just for me, but for all the other hoodwinked customers and those who are about to be fooled..They also need to STOP advertising UNLIMITED spray tans when a ***** limitation is in place:MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS MULTI-PACKS SINGLE SESSIONS Sunless Prestige $59.95 / month Unlimited VersaSpa/Pro levels 1 and 2 ,moisture and access to Red Light included.       Thank you for taking the time out of your day to reach out to BBB. I have attached your signed 12 month agreement for your reference. Since you signed up for this membership, you have completed 5 out of the 12 required payments. We apologize for any confusion in regards to your concern about At The Beach advertising unlimited tanning. Unlimited tanning means that customers can tan everyday throughout the month instead of just one time per month. Generally, it takes the spray solution between 8 and 24 hours to fully develop. Therefore, it is also highly recommended that customers only spray once per day because we want to ensure that you get the best tan possible.

      Tanning business refusing business if I won't wear a mask despite showing record of panic attacks and the inability to medically tolerate. Refused to refund dues eventhough refusing service. Sassy front desk female staff refused to give contact information for the owners. Terrible service several times and never complained. Do you think its fun walking around having to admit I have panic attacks? Unconscionable business practice. The irony is you don't even wear a mask in the bed and this is an airborne virus!

      We understand that you are frustrated about the mask mandate in your county, however, as a business, we are required to follow the mandate.Businesses are advised to refuse service to individuals not wearing a mask. In regards to your medical condition, we would be more than happy to allow you to wear a face shield instead of a mask. Since we are unable to provide a monetary refund, that month you paid for and did not use can be saved for you to use at a later date.

      I signed a one month plus 1 draft contract or at least that is what I was told when I signed up for my account in May as I only wanted a month of service we were going on a trip and I needed only a few weeks but I was ok with the 1 month. I was told that it would cancel and that I would not need to do anything else at that time, I was given a contract but the representive was having computer issues and she scrolled through very quickly and told me to sign. Was it stupid on my part to not read it yes but I assumed that she would give me the highlights of the contract like most upstanding sales people. I was recently learned after a charge tried to go through my bank that they had been trying to charge a card after several months to a card that thankfully was lost so the charge was declined. I learned at that point that I owed them over ****** for services that I had knowledge that I still had nor have I been using. When I called them I was told that I needed to call the corp office but they were closed I was given a contact number that was not for the actual business so I googled the company and sent over an email to which I got a very short and unhelpful response with no empathy and once again horrible customer service being told that I needed to fill out a cancelation form and that they were not going to do anything about the refund of the account that was supposed to be 1 month. I want the balance to go away! they can clearly see that I have not been in or used the services and this is shady customer service, they need to better educate their employees. I have since completed the form I knew nothing about and sent over for a cancelation but I have not gotten a response to that either at this point. I want to make sure that my account is handling accordingly and the everyone knows just how shady these people are

You will no longer see any further charges to your account. There is a note in your account stating that you have 3 months of tan time (credit) that you can activate at any time by calling customer service at ************.
