    Purchased a vehicle (jeep) on March 23, 2024 and the same day of purchase the check engine light came on. They said the car had no issues when I contacted them. My vehicle is unable to pass the required emissions without the Repairs and it is now June 14. Ive taken it to several other mechanics and the price to repair is high and the same conclusion which is the catalytic converters. *** contacted this dealership and they will not return my calls and when im actually able to speak to someone they say they forgot to talk to their mechanic and I never hear back from them.

    I'm leasing a car from Crown **** I put a down payment down my monthly payments are ************************************** having the car my cheek engine light came on I took it down to the Crown **** center they had the mechanic look at it they told me they had to order a part when it comes in the will call me to fixed the issue. They said the car would not pass emissions because of the check engine light is on . I have been calling them they have been giving me a round around . My temp tag is expired I need to get my tags and the car emissions

    I dropped my car off Monday picked it back up on Tuesday i have videos of me when I was at crown auto both time they gave me a paper when I picked my car up that's states that Crown Auto fixed my car goodwill repair and my car it's still have has the check engine light that came back on. The car is still having the same issues I will be contacting an attorney today I will also taking it to adui for them to fix the issue and I do want my money back from Crown Auto for the down payment

    Purchased a car from this company, as is. Didnt even put 20 miles on it and the transmission stopped working. I called to see if they would do anything to help out and they offered to fix the part, if I paid for it and took care of the tow. I did this and paid the $250 for the part. They said they fixed it and within a day it was undriveable again. I asked them to provide proof that they did the proper work to the car and the manager said he did not have to do this and they have video footage of me leaving the shop. I asked if they had any other pictures or proof of the work they did and they told me they werent responsible for that. Im not seeking reimbursement or a fix to the car. I just want other people in the future to know this company is shady and customers shouldnt have to deal with a business run in this manner.

    I purchased a used vehicle from Crown Auto in February of this year(2023). I traded my old f150 for a 2016 ****** Titan XD with 8x,*** miles. Crown Auto said they ran a Carfax report and did an inspection themselves and found 0 issues. The truck started having issues the day I drove it off the lot. Day 1, less than 60 miles after purchase, the check engine light came on. The truck was sent back to Crown Auto and they fixed one part. Two weeks later the check engine light came on again and Crown Auto said to take it to a local shop and they would send a check for reimbursement. In May of this year, less than 4 whole months and less then ***** miles later. The truck experienced catastrophic engine failure after a very sudden and abrupt overheat and shut down while driving down the highway. I called Crown Auto immediately and have still been in struggles to get any cooperation from the owner. The truck has been taken to multiple repair shops and dealerships for quotes and estimates with prices ranging from $20,000 to up over $50,000. Every mechanic I have spoken with has told me this issue was absolutely present before my purchase less than ***** miles ago. My conversations with Crown Auto have been fizzled out and can no longer receive any answer or response and the largest contribution they can offer is a measly $1,000 on my over $20,000 unexpected repair. I am hoping that this complaint will help facilitate a fair resolution to where I can reasonably afford to repair the truck that has been sitting unavailable on my driveway since May.
