  Dallman Construction Company is the BEST! Trustworthy, Reliable and Dependable - these days its so hard to find this degree of satisfaction! From the beginning it was important to feel comfortable and to believe that our vision for our new home was totally possible. **** was always easy to communicate with. We had many questions and he was readily available to give us choices and expert answers.We couldnt be happier with the construction of our beautiful home!!! Thank you ****!!!

  When my wife and I decided to retire in Estes Park, we started our journey with the purchasing a lot. From that point we interviewed many builders in the area that promised the stars. When the architectural design phases were done, those promises turned into a house built to suit the builder and the cost being much higher than originally discussed. We regrouped and contacted an independent architect that designed our dream home the way we envisioned it. During the design phase we talk with Jeff Moreau from Dallman Construction. From the moment I spoke with Jeff, I realized he was the right builder. He didn’t promise the stars, he was very a matter fact about building our home and he was upfront and direct with us from day one, this was really appreciated. The building of our new home started during the beginning of the COVID 19 pandemic, and it was a rough road to say the least. Jeff was always available and provided options when supply chain issues arose. At the same time, I was told by other folks that choose competing builders that they had cost overruns well over 6 figures, with Jeff those costs were kept to a minimum. Other builders had their clients source materials when their vendors couldn’t provide the product. Jeff never did that; he did the footwork and provided the alternative materials that still meet Dallman’s high standards. This helped keep the build on track and reduced our frustration. Jeff was always in contact with us, even though we were 1,200 miles away. Dallman only uses the best, highest quality suppliers, I was truly amazed at how helpfully they were and how they coordinated everything with the Dallman Team. Jeff’s communication and can-do attitude resulted in our gorgeous dream home and captured our vision entirely. If you ever have any questions or are deciding on a builder, have Jeff put you in contact with us. We would be happy to share our experiences and why we choose Dallman over the other area builders.
