      I purchased dog Silencer unit and bracket for $145 I keep getting automated responses about product promising to be delivered by such and such a date and it never happens. All contact info and telephone does not work.       I ordered a two-pack of Homeshielders solar pest repellent. The next day I got an email saying they had added another two pack to my order, which I did not authorize. I called their ***** customer service number which sent me to voicemail. I left a voicemail. I also emailed their customer service email. After several attempts to contact them, and requests to cancel the entire order, someone named **** finally called back. She refunded the extra order placed without my permission but not the original order. I still expected to receive the original. However, I havent received the original order, so I called and emailed, and again requested to cancel the order and get my payment refunded. Homeshielders responded last week via email that they would look into why I havent received the original order, and have since stopped responding to my continued inquiries. Also, the business lists their address in ** but my order was shipped from ****** and I was charged an international processing fee by my bank. I have tried to be understanding since they are a small business, but their practices are deceptive and their customer service is terrible.

      I placed an order a couple weeks ago and have yet to receive any information pertaining to the order and shipping timeline. I have attempted to email on several occasions and have received no reply. HomeShielders has processed and received my payment for order and as today I have received no order updates or return emails. I have attempted to call directly and am directed to a voicemail.
