    I ordered a handlebar from moonmen on 1/24/24. I was on 1/30/24 that it would take 4-6 weeks. On April 10th I was told that my bar would ship at the end of the month. I have not heard anything from moonmen since.

    Merchant stated they've shipped via UPS and have provided a tracking number. The tracking number provided is not a UPS tracking number.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It does not appear that merchant is willing to send the product after almost 8 months. It appears I gave the merchant an interest free loan.

    I ordered the some custom handlebars and paid for it on September 19, 2023. The lead time for the product was stated by the company as a ***** week lead time. As of today June 17, 2024, I have still not received the handlebars. I have an email in which they told me I would have them in January. Thats pretty funny. On April 8th they created a shipping lable but the item has not shipped yet and now they are no longer replying to my emails. They have always been pretty relaxed in their responses but at this point it is just ridiculous. We are coming up on 9 months since I ordered the handlebars and almost twice as long as they originally stated.

    There has been a communication error with the customer but it has now been cleared up. An open invoice for an added stem needed to be resolved before shipping. Order has now shipped. Tracking info is UPS- 1Z9R242FDG28083867

    Hi, I'm just trying to get in touch with Todd. I prepaid $510 USD for a custom 4 piece titanium Moonriser handlebar in full, plus $50 for shipping and paid a $500 deposit for a custom titanium EBB insert. Todd has been unresponsive (since an injury, I believe) but website says that you can still order handlebars. Geo for the handlebar is; 790mm wide, 4" rise, 26° backsweep, 5° upsweep (possibly more, as I'm trying to match my 67° head angle), Welded/capped bar ends, Cable guide on bottom left side. Raw, untouched finish is preferred. The titanium EBB is something I would like to have as well. I tried calling a couple of times, along with quite a few emails and didn't get a reply. I think that he's going through a tough time and probably swamped with things, but because the website says that you can still order handlebars is why I'm trying to contact him. I would prefer the parts over any refund, as I love Todd's work and want to support him. I have an upcoming date, with my frame builder to make modifications and really need my new handlebar, please. Thanks.

    I am rejecting this response because: it is half my order.

    While I paid in full for the handlebar and appreciate that it is on the way, I also paid a $500 USD deposit on a custom titanium rack, which I later changed to a titanium EBB insert. 

    Hopefully Todd can set up a delivery date for it's completion/shipment to me.

    I absolutely love his work and wish him well and i hope that he hasn't forgotten my other part.

    I am very happy that my handlebar is on the way and to hear that Todd is getting better.

    I am overjoyed to know that my handlebar is on it's way, I love Todd's work and want to continue to support him after his setback.

    I also am waiting on a titanium EBB insert that i have a $500 USD deposit on.

    I am not in a hurry to receive it and will consider this issue closed, as soon as I have an expected completion/shipment date.

    I am really happy that the handlebar is coming!

    My complaint #******** I would like to be considered resolved.

    With my new handlebar on the way and Todd has communicated with me that he has me scheduled for end of April to make my titanium EBB insert, which I find totally acceptable, I feel good with everything. 

    Thank you for getting in touch with him for me.
    I really love his work and can't wait to see more of his creations.

    Hi again. I would like to re-open my case. Todd sent my new 4 piece handlebar and promised to send my titanium EBB insert by May earlier this year. This is an ongoing issue and I was willing to wait for him to fabricate my part. He will not answer any emails, etc. I would prefer a refund of my $500 USD deposit, because I feel that he has no intention to make my part. Feeling like I am being avoided. Thanks.
