    Horrible business. No integrity. Quoted $750 to wire up an outboard motor on a pontoon. Shop agreed to wire the steering and throttle cables into the engine, install the steering wheel on our new console, and wire the rocker panel on the console for the nav lights etc. That quote quickly more than doubled. Owner said he needed to re-mount the motor in a better spot and we said okay. Lots of bad communication about when they would be working on it. Weeks went by with NOTHING being done at all, boat just sat untouched in their yard while it rained on our new seats and flooring every day. When calls were made to ask why it hadn't been worked on yet, the owners wife ***** yelled insults and hung up on us. She did that on EVERY occasion where we had to talk to her BTW. Very unpleasant woman with zero customer service skills who clearly has no qualms about losing customers due to her lack of self control. We finally get a call that it's finished so we paid the bill and went to pick up the boat and found a wiring nightmare aboard. Dangling wires from the throttle to the console, capped with painters tape and fed through the console clam shell so it was PINCHED between the two halves. 3.5 feet of throttle cable hanging out the back over the pontoon where it would dangle in the water. Jumbled knot of wiring left in the battery compartment with uncapped wires. And they installed our steering wheel 3 inches below the center of the mounting circle. It looks absolutely ridiculous. And the engine wouldn't start. Husband found incomplete wiring in the engine and finished it himself and it fired right up. They agreed to take it back and remedy their failures. Almost 2 weeks went by with no progress and when we stopped to check status, the owners wife screamed and cursed again and they refused to do anything. We just took our boat back. We are taking them to court for the damages they did.

    THIS PERSON FILING A COMPLAINT IS NOT THE CUSTOMER WHO BROUGHT THE **** FOR REPAIR AND NEVER SPOKE TO US ABOUT THE **** UNTIL SHE WAS MAD ABOUT THE **** NOT GETTING FIXED ON THE *** THAT *** WAS SCHEDULED FOR DROP OFF. I VERY RARELY WORK ON A **** THE SAME *** IN WHICH IS DROPPED OFF. *** IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO I SPOKE TO AND WAS *****D 5 HOURS TO HOOK UP THE ENGINE AND CONTROLS WHICH IS $150.00 PER HOUR. THE ENGINE WAS BARELY HANGING ON THE BACK OF THE **** BY ONLY 2 BOLTS. BECAUSE THE OTHER HOLES DID NOT LINE UP CORRECTLY AND THE ENGINE HAD TO BE REMOVED AND RESET TO THE PROPER PLACEMENT. THIS WAS NOT PART OF THE ORIGINAL ***** AND *** AGREED TO PAY THE CHARGE OF 1 HOUR LABOR TO CORRECT IT. ALL OF THE WIRING AND CABLES WERE REMOVED FROM ANOTHER **** AND BROUGHT TO ** IN A PILE OF A MESS AND *** REFERRED TO IT AS A (BASKET CASE) SOME OF THE ***** WERE PROPERLY LABELED AND SOME WERE NOT AT ALL. THE STEERING AND CONTROL CABLES WERE TOO LONG FOR THE PLACEMENT OF THE CONSOLE . I TOLD *** THAT THE STEERING CABLE WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED AND THAT I HAD A USED CABLE TO INSTALL FOR AN EXTRA $100.00 FOR THE PART. HE APPROVED. THE CONSOLE WIRING WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ***** TO RIG THE ENGINE AND CONTROLS. *** AGREED TO PAY EXTRA TIME FOR THIS.I THEN INSTALLED A **** PANEL , WHICH HE SUPPLIED AND MADE A WIRING HARNESS FROM SCRATCH TO CONNECT THE **** PANEL TO THE SWITCHES. THE SWITCH PANEL WHICH RAY INSTALLED IN THE **** WAS NOT SETUP FOR INDIVIDUAL CIRCUIT PROTECTION TO EACH COMPONENT AND ALSO REQUIRED CHANGES . THE **** BLOCK DID NOT HAVE A GROUND BUS. I INSTALLED A BUS BAR TO CONNECT ALL GROUND *****. I HAVE MUCH MORE TIME THAN THE 2 HOURS THAT I CHARGED HIM FOR IN THE WIRING OF THE CONSOLE . *** ALSO ASKED ME TO INSTALL A WATER PUMP IN THE ENGINE AND HE WAS *****D1 HOUR LABOR . AND $80.00 IN PARTS. HE ALSO ASKED ME TO INSTALL A BATTERY SHUT OFF SWITCH WHICH WAS INSTALLED FOR $37.50. ALL CHARGES FOR THIS REPAIR WERE AUTHORIZED BY ***************. AND ************ HAD NO PART IN THIS PROCESS EXCEPT FOR HER NEED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THINGS SHE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT. AND MAKING THE PAYMENT. SHE CONTACTED OUR OFFICE WITH A VERY ANGRY DEMEANOR WHICH WAS NOT MET WITH A JOYOUS RESPONSE. WE DO GET CUSTOMERS FROM TIME TO TIME WHO WE ARE UNABLE TO PLEASE. AND ************ IS ONE OF THESE UNPLEASANT AND MOST DIFFICULT PERSONS TO DEAL WITH AND NEVER ONCE TRIED TO APPROACH US WITH A PLEASANT ATTITUDE.
