    I placed an order on 11/3/2022 and have been a recurring customer since 2019, pouring hundreds of dollars into this company since. Typically, they provide shipping and tracking information within the week. I reached out to the company via email, the website contact info page, and calling and texting their main number prior to filing this. They have essentially refused to respond to any of my contact methods and ignored me, taking my money for the order and not shipping out the products I paid for. All I ask is for a response or any information on my order. The lack of customer service provided here is extremely unprofessional.

    The complaint stated that we refused to respond to him.  

    This is not the case.  Please see the correspondence attached below to show that we indeed responded and that the package was delivered.
