    First of all the moving part of the job was excellent. Better than expected. But they broke a glass shelf in my china hutch and told me they would replace it within 2 weeks. Many emails, calls, text I only get stalls about when the shelf will be replaced. I just want the shelf please.

    This has been resolved the owner of the company *** brought the glass shelf to me Thursday of last week.  It did fit was only about 1/2 the thickness but I will make it work.  Thank you

    The quote and discussions prior to the move were indicating we would have our move completed quicker than the longest timeframe quoted and Ace indicated we should be closer to a $575-$650 cost as they bill based on time primarily. I was shocked at how slow the workers moved and contacted Ace a couple of days after the move as I had to wait until Monday. He was very slow to reply and said he appreciated and understood my concern and he would refund me an hour of the charged time, or $130. He said a check would be mailed to me the end of July 2024. Here we are the end of August and he has not sent the check. I have called many times and emailed many times and he will not reply.
