  My experience with the folks from the Mile High Coatings Team was excellent. They showed up when expected and, in spite of inclement, weather, they did a flawless ****** applying the coating to my garage floor. They followed up to make sure that I was satisfied and the price was actually less that I expected. I had no problems with the group of professionals. Thanks, ******************* Guys!

  We hired Mile High Coatings to finish our basement floor 2 months ago. All I can say is we are very dissatisfied with their product and service. The reason this review is late, is because we had to air out the basement from the smell of clear coating for over a month using air filtration and an ozone machine. The leftover smell was and is not tolerable. To give this review some context, we had the following issues:-We scheduled them to come on a Tuesday-Wednesday in September. They showed up - without any advanced notice - on a Monday, which is the one day we told them we were not available in an email. So, they crammed everything into one day instead of the two days they told us.-They damaged our wet bar in the basement by removing leveling shims for our cabinets. This has now caused the granite counter and cabinets to separate from the wall, as well as dislodged the shim screws for the refrigerator.-We had them use the flakes for the finish and the flakes ended up everywhere, including a lot of places that didn't need coating. Appears very careless. -They sloppily applied the coating and coated certain surfaces that did not need coating, along with masking tape left all over the place that should have been removed before their departure. They never offered to come back and clean up their mess when it was apparent they were in a rush due to their own poor scheduling.-There are scant areas that are not finished (either too much or not enough flakes), and so far we have found 4 items embedded into the polyaspartic coating that will need removal (screw, nail, fabric string, etc.).Overall, if you hire them, I recommend reviewing their quality of work in detail before they are finished, and especially before payment. They "required" payment from us the next day, which is poor business culture given the rushed nature of their work. Also, call THEM the day before their services, since they did not exercise this standard courtesy, despite our agreement in writing.

  Steve and Herb did a great job on finishing or basement concrete floor. They spent extra time to get things done right and were pleasant to work with.

  Mile High Coatings did a great job on my polyaspartic garage floor. From the reasonable estimate to the 2 days of work required. Results look great! Only mix up was when David said 9am start and worker didn't show up on time due to doctor's appt, but showed up at 10:30am. I needed to leave by then and had to let the worker into garage remotely.
