              BE PREPARED Went in due to foot pain. At my 1st examination ******************* saw a cyst in my ankle, told me that's probably the issue, but wanted to try other things before we even looked at it. Weeks later, multiple visits later (each with a copay) then she finally decided to have me go fir the mri. Not a surprise it was the issue. Probably is, se doesn't do this kind of surgery. Now had to go to ***************** for consult, then eventually the surgery. Another multiple week delay.Biggest issue. BE PREPARED. Had the surgery paid all my bills, all was good. 6 mos later, just got another bill saying I owe for "contractual adjustment". No other explanation given. *********** knows nothing about it. Billing **** told me it is what it is. I owe it and need to pay.
