            I renewed my longtime subscription for the quarterly magazine Interweave Knits last August (image of cancelled check included in my complaint here). I’ve been receiving this magazine for many years, all 4 issues each year. This year I did not receive the Winter 2024 issue, so I contacted subscriptions customer service. After several emails I was told the Winter issue was not included in my subscription. I informed customer service that the Winter issue had always been included in my subscription and sent them images of the last several years of Winter issue covers. Also, I sent a copy of my cancelled check to them which should have extended my subscription to 2025. They have failed to respond or offer any explanation why they have not delivered what I paid for last year. They also are discontinuing printed issues starting with the Summer 2024 issue. So I paid for those issues as well with my subscription and they will fail to deliver as promised the Summer, Fall and next Winter issue. They no longer respond to my emails.

            I paid for a magazine "For Love of Quilting" from this company and have never received the magazine. I have tried to get in touch with them but every email address or phone number I have used says they aren't who I bought it from. If that was the case, why does my credit card account show that ******************** is who they paid? This is a very shady outfit.
