Stonescape Steel Roofing completed a roof replacement and other repairs at my home following a severe hail storm in May. During the process I was provided information on the Stonescape Referral Rewards Program which incentivizes customers to earn referral bonus by sharing referral information with the business.Referral Program details -> ********************************************************************** successfully enlisted three of my neighbors to use Stonescape Steel Roofing to replace their roofs damaged in the same storm as mine, within the same calendar year. I followed all necessary protocols for submitting referrals through the company's website. I will not share their names here but am able to provide as needed (Stonescape knows who they are).It has been six months of back and forth with ************************* and the Stonescape business office. Each week I'm told "the reward is in the mail". Then this is followed up by "we don't know what's going on with your reward". It has become clear to me that the business is not interested in honoring their commitments and although included in their marketing material are *********************** neither of which have been on display through this process.I'm exhausted from the empty promises, lack of accountability and follow through.
