    I have purchased an air conditioning unit from this company last year with a *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************** my warranty I still required to pay $300 for a part. And now the u it is out again I have contacted basset again but they are requiring me to pay for a technician to come and check it, which is understandable. My concern is that the operations manager doesnt want to give us the labor rate to give us a better understanding. I have very good reason to believe that this company is in the business or scamming people for their money I have let it happen the previous time and I will not stand for it once more.

    We have contacted the customer and are scheduled to go out to their home on September 1st to resolve this issue.
