    On Oct 17th I hired Goodrich Chimney to clean my wood stove pipe. After they worked on it my damper door would no longer close, making my stove with a catalytic converter unusable. They promised to come the next day to fix it but never showed up and I never heard from ******** again. The issue turned out to be all the soot from the pipe was left piled up around the damper door making it impossible to close. I've waited 3 weeks for them to fix their mistake but haven't hear a word from them. Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that matters. Goodrich Chimney doesn't stand behind their work.
