    I abhor negativity, however, this review must be shared. Senior disabled veteran hired these miscreants to complete a small residential project. (See Pictures) They sent an inexperienced, unvetted imbecile with less than a month at Karsten who immediately did $750. damage to my roof, siding and soffit - depending on who you ask. Service Manager, *****, a whiny company puppeteer with anysmal communication and project management skills failed over and over requiring 25+ emails and phone calls - then completely dropped-the ball to inspect the project as I requested - before Jefferson County's Electrical Inspector arrived the following day. And, of course, the electrical worked FAILED the INSPECTION! They sent another person with zero residential experience to complete the work, with a lovely negative attitude who clearly hated cleaning up another person's problems, and he damaged my soffit by pumping in multiple tubes of caulk that is clearly the wrong product, looks dreadful, and cannot be sanded to look halfway presentable. This awful glob-of-destruction needs to be removed and replaced with the correct material, then sanded and finally painted to look presentable. I was happy to complete the painting. Not happy with repairing obvious damage caused by this company! In my last email to ***** I requested he confirm what the correct product should be, and earnestly requested his help in the kindest of terms about two weeks ago. ***** replied "his boss said "tell him to hire a Handyman" in an email, which in their language means s**** the customer obviously at my cost and blowing me off again. In reality the sooner I distance myself from this company the better. I do have one suggestion. If YOU are seeking a residential service provider functionally competent enough to install a battery-operated night light for a dog house, you might consider ***** and Karsten Ekectrical Services. You just can't make this stuff up! It should qualify as Elder Abuse.
