    If there was an option for 0 starts Id give it!Long story short. I am a renter and my fridge recently went out. My realtor office has told us countless times that this company would be calling us. Yet, we havent received a phone call from then in days. So my self and my husband take it upon our selfs to call them. The whole time I am trying to speak to them, and tell the lady on the phone what my realtors office had told me. She would not let me speak and would cut both me and my husband off. When I tried to ask questions about why they havent contacted us, despite receiving our request for maintenance, the lady on the phone said she didnt have to answer to me and referred to me as a little girl. Me and my husband are just frustrated with the fact that we keep getting two different stories. And when we tried to ask questions or inform this company of what our realtor has told us regarding them. The lady on the phone refused to listen. We have already been waiting about a week for our fridge to be fixed. And we have been told countless times they are going to call. But no call has taken place. Another lady had answered my call after I had been hung up on so many times by them, and she asked me to explain what happened. She insisted that I didnt accept there available appointment, when that isnt true. I had already told the First **** on the phone we would take the appointment. But I wanted to know why no one has reached out, and why our service request wasnt responded too. The conversation had started to escalate when she wouldnt allow us to explain our side of things and hung up on us several times. These people are incredibly rude. They told our realty office that we denied the appointment they offered. And that was not true. I I said we would take the appointment. But I wanted to know why we havent received a call about our refrigerator despite the request that had been submitted.
