    On 6/18/2024 Best tops installed a granite counter top in a bathroom for me. I had already paid the entire balance as required by best tops. After they left, we noticed that the sink was installed off-center. I called best tops the next day (6/19/2024) and explained the problem, and was told they would call me back about what could be done. On 6/21/2024 after not receiving a call back I called best tops again and their response was hostile and argumentative, denying any fault, refusing to offer any remedy, even refusing to come see the error. Best tops is unwilling to offer any resolution, saying my only option would be to pay them to install another counter top.
