    To whom it may concern: I am writing to file a complaint due to a bill I received from Grey Eye Care on 11/30/2022. I’m issuing this complaint for two reasons. First, during my appointment the technician told me she was going to be doing some “routine diagnostic testing” before the doctor came in to see me. I was only in for dry eye, and specifically asked the technician if these were an extra cost. The technician said that since I had a $75 co pay that the routine exams would be included; because of this I do not believe I should have been billed the $75.00 charge for the diagnostic code “******”. Had I been provided with the correct information I would have declined this additional testing. I have reached out to the office on multiple occasions, and was told that I had "signed a release" and that there was nothing they could do. I feel that I was incorrectly charged for a test I did not need (and still haven't received the results of a year later). Thanks, ******* *****
