Bray Property Mgmt is in the business of ripping off customers. I hired them to manage my rental property in Grand Junction. In December 2021 I had sent a list of the work that I planned to do the following week, driving out 4 hours from Denver. They sent out their "maintenance team" to make repairs without my authorization as well as plumbers and carpet people. We did the work not realizing that she had had already called maintenance people out. They said that they would get quotes, but instead had work done. I had said that I was coming out to do the work but Gina W******* sent out maintenance anyway and didn't even tell me. She also called a plumber without letting me know. This work was done prior to a tenant being found. Once a tenant was found she told the tenant that I wasn't responding to requests, and also that I lived in another state. She lied to the tenant and lied to me. I spent hours on correspondence and with her as well as her boss Cindy Hoppe with neither responding in a timely or satisfactory manner. They owe me for: 160.78 Duplicate Plumbing repair 480.34 General repairs which I said I would do myself 79.50 Electrical outlet - not repaired 75.00 Carpet repair not authorized 795.62 Total They also charged the tenant a $250 non-refundable pet (cat) deposit which they kept. They do nothing to earn that money. I have many emails to substantiate the correspondence, and lack of response.
